This place was nice and comfortable. Clear instructions were given on how to check in and it was an easy process. Very clean and cozy similar to a family home. Every bathrooms were clean and had heater. Location was strategic as well; peaceful. We had event at a place that is just 20 minutes away. Owner also very responsive and fast; friendly as well. Overall it was a great experience. Would consider booking this place again whenever needed.

We had a great time staying at this place. The owner was very responsive, easy to communicate, and the surrounding was amazing as we get to watch the sunrise in the morning. However, it is much better if the owner could provide extra comforter/mattress/toto and extra pillows for those who come with big family. Besides that, we hope the owner could install air-conditioner in the 3rd room since Perlis is well known for the hot weather.

We booked this Airbnb to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and it was the perfect choice. The place has a lovely design and cozy ambiance, and the private pool made the celebration even more fun. Kulim, like much of the Northern Region of Malaysia, can get quite hot, so I really appreciated that Mr. Akmal had turned on the air conditioning before our arrival. The place was cool and comfortable the moment we stepped in a very thoughtful gesture. Mr. Akmal was a great host friendly, responsive, and honest. He informed us about a small issue beforehand, which I truly appreciated. His transparency and attentiveness made the whole experience even better. All in all, a great stay. Highly recommended!

The place looks exactly as shown in photos. The location is great. Literally just steps away from the michelin star Koay Teow Thng. Heng is very proactive, she was able to bring us an adaptor the moment I messaged her that there was none left at her unit. Will definitely stay here again.

Friendly and responsive host. The place is clean with a nice view of mountains. Walking distance to the Gleneagles Hospital. Close to George Town place of interests. Will definitely stay there again if we go visit Penang.

I'd give more than five stars if AirBnB would let me. We felt really at home, and would unequivocally recommend the place. Siew Lin is an amazing host, flexible, helpful. The place is great. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures; there are two fully-fitted bathrooms, each with a shower; a great kitchen that is fully equipped; washing machine and a drying rack on the beautiful balcony; everything to feel like home... The location is also perfect. In the building complex there's a fully-stocked supermarket (downstairs and across a covered walkway, 3 minutes door-to-door), great restaurants, a beautiful pool that is always empty, a gym, great surroundings... We also like the geography in the city, nestled (somehow extremely quietly) between Georgetown and Tanjung Bungah!

Our family enjoyed the 9-night stay in this nice, clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped Airbnb in a great location with many nearby eateries and with easy access to the beach. We were given clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Despite the heat outside, the apartment became our paradise as we entered it. It has beautiful hill views from the sitting room and bedroom. Watching different birds from the sitting room and monitor lizards in the small drainage below the windows at different times of the day was an enjoyment.

The check-in process was very smooth, and the property was clean. The host was helpful and responded promptly. The infinity pool had a beautiful view, and my two children loved it. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Penang.

great place for long term stay, entry issue with weak battery was resolved expeditiously and request for extra housekeeping was accommodated. Overall I would recommend them.

I like the way to park easly. The house is very complete with plate& spoon. Also like the microwave easy for me to preheat my food since i stay for 3 days.

The room environment is very good, you can see the sea. The cleanliness of the toilet is acceptable. The check-in instructions given by the owner are very clear. The location is very convenient. You can drive or walk to the beach for a walk. It is also very close to Gurney Plaza and the food court in Tanjung Aru. There are also many food courts nearby. We really enjoyed our stay at Siang’s Place at Straits Quay. This was the first AiraBNB in a long time where a person showed up to check us in and out. Kev was our contact person during our stay and he was kind, helpful and always available. The unit was clean and comfortable matching the description on the listing. All of the other nice things that people have said in their reviews are true. Even though the unit does not face the water, the balcony is large and nicely shaded in the morning for enjoying our coffee. Some of the things we really liked include the pool and gym (new equipment in the gym and strong AC), the wonderful grocery store just a few steps away, the walking paths along the water (perfect for morning or evening walks), easy pick up and drop off for Grab, and the weekly cleaning service included in the fee. Great stay, we will come again. Thanks Kev and Siang.

Love the place!!! Easy to access!

We had a fantastic stay - after a long day of travelling it was a delight to enter into this beautiful home. The views are incredible (we caught an early sunrise) and the thoughtful touches such as the local snacks were really appreciated. Very easy to get a Grab into different areas of Georgetown.

This is another accommodation that I really like. It’s comfortable, well-equipped, and very spacious. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back again.

By far, this has been one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. From the living room to the kitchen to the bathrooms, everything was so thoughtfully provided. My only request to the hosts in terms of the kitchen is to provide one more smaller vessel instead of the extremely large vessel. The pool was amazing. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. The views are amazing. Langkawi Parade Mall is less than a kilometer away, as are 7-Eleven and several duty-free shops. Grab cars are readily available.
