Holiday rentals with beach access in Kedah

Enjoyed the place, location and the view. Good for holidays.!!Were stayed here for 11 days. Only elevators required some patience.

The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

Chee is a super friendly, responsive and helpful host. He provided us with everything we asked for. The place is cozy and comfortable. We didn’t regret to choose it!

Sarah was the nicest person I rented from on Airbnb for the past 7 years. She provided ideas and recommendations and was always responsive. She even offered us a full bag of fruits :) The place has everything you need to cook, sleep, shower and a enjoy the sea view. There is an amazing restaurant 2 min away that has delicious Indian food, and the beach view is amazing from inside the house. We definitelly recommend staying at Sarah’s house if you want to stay away from the crowded city and malls to just enjoy the nature of Penang and the nearby parks and farms. ❤️

The condition of the house is very good. All rooms have airconds and funtioning well. Clean toilet and bathroom. I really recommend this apartment for you guys! - all items in the kitchen can be used (dapur masak, toaster, peti ais, microwave) Just u need to spare or bring ur own mineral water (Water heater is provided no worries). All in all my family enjoy the staycation and felt very comfortable with this house.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay. The house is spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. With three toddlers in tow, we truly appreciated how much room they had to roam freely indoors. The big compound was a bonus — we brought inflatable pools and the kids had a blast ! The interior is beautiful and cosy, perfect for our gathering with friends. There was plenty of space to hang out and catch up. Everything was spotless — the whole place was very clean and well maintained. Parking was hassle-free even though we came with four cars. The price was a great deal for what we got. Eric was a responsive and helpful host, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. We had zero issues throughout our stay. If we could suggest one small improvement, it would be to have a mirror in every room — especially for the ladies getting ready 😊 Other than that, everything was superb and exceeded our expectations, especially considering the price. The best stay ever you can have in Langkawi especially for a big family and proper budget! Thanks to the owner the house was really clean and she was friendly. The service was perfect and you can literally find whatever you need in the house. I appreciate their effort.

Its a kampung house from the outside but once you go in its all newly built & its super clean inside. Its just walking distance from paddy field. Really worth the money we paid for.

A spacious home that's perfect for big families. Ideal for those who enjoy hanging out together, cooking meals, and relaxing near the beach. The beach is within walking distance, making it very convenient. We were even greeted by some cheeky monkeys outside the house – they weren’t dangerous at all and just added to the fun. It really felt like a tropical escape, staying by the beach with a touch of the jungle. Thank you to the host for the lovely stay!

If you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and reconnect with nature, I highly recommend this peaceful Airbnb stay. Nestled in a charming village setting, the property is surrounded by lush coconut trees and banana trees, offering a truly tranquil environment. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the rustling leaves was a refreshing change from the constant noise of the city. The air felt fresher, the pace of life slower, and everything about the place encouraged relaxation. Just a 5-minute drive away, I found myself at the edge of vast paddy fields — the view of the golden rice swaying in the breeze was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The location is also great for exploring. Penang Escape and Entopia Penang are only about 30 minutes’ drive away, so day trips are easy and convenient. After a fun day out, coming back to the peaceful village atmosphere was the perfect balance.

We had a great and comfortable stay. Kak Azie was helpful as she helped us out with activities arrangement and check in process. The place and rooms were clean and we glad for the dining area and kitchen provided. Anyway, we had fun except all the mosquitoes bites haha

This apartment was well worth the price. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The clothes dryer was a perk. The appliances were modern and well maintained. The A/C and fans kept us cool. The WiFi worked perfectly to keep us connected. The showers were hot and we slept peacefully in our cozy beds. We had a beautiful mountain view from our patio. Our building had direct access to the pool, but the apartment faced away from the pool which helped mute the noise. The beach was beautiful with lots of activities, music and restaurants. We were strategically close to other attractions in Batu Ferringhi and were able to make the 45 minute trip into Georgetown with ease. We often walked around the neighborhood to eat at various restaurants along the street or at neighboring resorts. We liked having options to buy items at the convenience store, local shops, or with Grab. Ady was very responsive and helpful!

Really really really a good place, especially the host very helpful and fast responsive, the place is top notch ! Made us feel at home, the location also great, beside Gleneagles Hospital, downstair also have convenience stores and starbucks coffee, and there’s Wellings Pharmacy nearby. Recommended!

The apartment is comfortable, clean and location is great. We chose this spot for the proximity to the beach. The general pool, playground and other space is very well maintained. Even though the mosque is basically next to the unit but we slept through without issues. This vacation condo is really worth it. We had a very restful weekend.
