Apartment holiday rentals in Kebayoran Lama

I have stayed several times in this building, in different Airbnbs, and this one is by far the cleanest and most comfortable I have booked. That said, I was already in love with the building and its amenities. I would recommend it in a second.

Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

I had a very pleasant stay. The place was clean, well-organized, and fully equipped, which made everything very convenient. It had a warm and homey atmosphere that made me feel comfortable right away. The host was also very informative and helpful, providing clear instructions and thoughtful details throughout. This is my third time staying at Kak Christina’s listings and just like before, it was a wonderful experience. Although this time I stayed in a different unit, the comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches remain consistently great. Kak Christina is truly one of the kindest and most understanding hosts I’ve ever met. Her kindness and attentiveness made me feel completely at home. She responds quickly, and always makes sure everything is well prepared for your stay. I’m really grateful to have found a host like her. Without a doubt, I’ll keep coming back!

Alice's place was just perfect for my needs. It's in the heart of Kemang and Central Jakarta is easy to reach as well. The place was perfectly clean and the apartment is equipped with literally everything that one needs for a short or longer stay. The city view in the night is breathtaking. On the daytime there is a huge garbage dump when you look from the balcony. It's not smelly though. Don't forget to bring earplugs if you are sensitive to sounds because there is a lot of islamic chanting going on in the morning.

Pros : Location in the middle of jakarta so everywhere is close. The shower is really okay with the water pressure. Very clean and well equipped. The view is pretty good because it's on the 30th floor. There are snacks & mineral water, plus a big & cold fridge. Each room has air conditioning. The host is very helpful & responsive There are a lot of snack places around. Cons: It's jammed on the way to and from work, which is normal. Perfect space for 3 adults, if more + suitcases maybe the space is a little less loose. Straight check-in/check-out time 2pm-11am lol

Wonderful apartment with a good view. Clear instructions made check in easy. Building staff are very friendly. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Kitchen is very well equipped. holding has great amenities including a gym, infinity pool, and laundry service in the basement (turnaround in ~3 hours)

I had an excellent stay here! The apartment had great facilities (pool, gym, sauna, whirlpool) and the mall just below had everything one might need. Mas Iqbal was also very flexible and responsive, would absolutely stay here again.

Dinta is a very responsive host and respond to our requests fast and nicely. The bedroom is spacious with good sunlight. The location is good as it is about 15-30mins to any central places I’d like to go.
