The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

Large terrace with pergola sunny and cool.A quiet alternative location, protected by environmental organizations.Friendly people, in the surrounding houses, family (URL HIDDEN) area is suitable for couples, activities for one person, families (with children) and pets. Possibility of direct contact with the natural environment and its exploration. A short path to beaches.

Cozy little house in Ioulida - Kea

A small cozy apartment on the first floor of a Cycladic house at the top of the traditional village of Ioulida. It's ideal to host up to 3 persons for relaxing holidays. Features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a sitting room, kitchen with 1 sofa bed and a bathroom. It has a small balcony in front of the sitting room offering a lovely view to the hills at the north and the sea. It also has a terrace at the entrance of the house.

The owner of the property who is himself a vine grower lives in a larger house on the grounds and is able and willing to provide 'insider's information' on the island. the village of Ioulis is 20 minutes on foot.
