Our stone house is at Melissaki, 3.5km of dirt road (13min) from the port of Kea. It is the lower house of a complex of two separate houses with astonishing view of the sea and a marvelous sunset! You can find calmness and quietness in a typical picturesque landscape full of unique sent of wild bushes and especially thyme. Vourkari, full of excellent restaurants, taverns and bars, is 15min away, Ioulida, (capital of the island) is 30min away and the beautiful beach of Xyla is 3km away.

It is built in the traditional style of Kea houses, with verandas all around and a private parking. It is located in a land of 4000 sqm planted with oak trees and provides a spacious and comfortable accomodation for 6 guests. Our villa will be constantly and completely disinfected redarding covid-19.
