Manoj is a great host . He provided early check-in and late checkout due to availability. He was very responsive and there was clear instructions to reach the place. The apartment was squeaky clean. With all the amenities mentioned. There was balcony with a good view of the pond. And walkable distance to padmanabhaswamy temple and also many great restaurant and art stores. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and had every little touch that made it feel like home. From the cozy interiors to the well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful amenities, everything was perfect. It’s clear the host truly cares about the guest experience. Nice place for family

Very happy with the stay. The location was perfect…near to banks, shopping areas and airport. My family enjoyed the stay and Mr. Jose was very responsive to all our needs.

Great location for us. didn't have to drive into TVM city side. bypass helped alot to get in and out . needed to be close to the expressway. property is well furnished and air-conditioning was available in all the bedrooms. Overall highly recommended and priced reasonably. Host and Caretaker were very helpful and on point .Will definitely book again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Trivandrum! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—cozy, peaceful, and offering great privacy. Our first time in TVD and Binu's place was ideal for our family of 3. Location was perfect, easily accessible to most places, uber and autos are easily available and most of all helpful folks. Everyone from the caretaker to the security were very responsive and kind. An exquisitely designed and well kept home.

Stay at Mr. Rams location was very comfortable. All things were well organised and details were easy to understand as regards the stay. Furthermore, all necessary items for one's stay were present, in fact much more than expected. Also Mr Ram was very friendly and available at all times.

Had such a nice time here. Pradeep uncle sent the accurate location and gave a brief about the property. Aunty was very welcoming and kind, explained everything in detail. The room was clean and well-maintained. Cooking was easy because all types of utensils were available in the kitchen. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant.

After a few days it became our home from home in Trivandrum for a month, Muhammed is responsive, friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us. There is a beautiful lake behind the apartment with great sunset views, Lulu mall (which has everything you could ever need) is a 20 minute walk away, good restaurants on the main road around the same distance. Staff on the compound were lovely, always there if you needed something, very secure location also. The flat is tastefully decorated, beds slightly hard but that’s just preference. Ac in the bedrooms. All rooms have bathrooms, huge square bath in one bedroom hot water readily available, lots of storage around the flat Front balcony is peaceful with a nice view of the surrounding area, great place to go for a run if heat permits. Requested internet and Muhammed sorted it, a very accommodating host, no complaints at all, really enjoyed our stay once we settled in. Would recommend for long stays, families and groups.

We stayed here during Attukal Pongala, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. There were plenty of spots nearby for us to set up for the Pongala, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The apartment itself was amazing, so much so that I’m already planning to book it again the next time we’re in Trivandrum! Its location near Lulu Mall was such a bonus, making everything super convenient. My whole family loved the stay; it honestly felt like we got such an incredible deal for the price. And a special shoutout to the host, Reeshma, she was so kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially for families. It truly felt like a home away from home!

Worth for the money. A calm place! We had two rooms the tv in two rooms had same remote and one of the fan didn't work properly. And the flush was not working in the toilet... Apart from this everything was so nice and pleasant stay!!
