The Beach Cottage

The Beach Cottage is a self-catering cottage on a working dairy farm within walking distance to the beach. It is only 10km from the EL airport and a 20 minute drive into EL. The cottage has beautiful views of the sea as well as of cows grazing on green pastures. It has a fully functional kitchen. Tea, coffee, fresh farm milk & rusks are provided on arrival. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Please note, own transport advisable as we are on a farm.

Our house is bright, airy and welcoming with an open-plan lifestyle, large sliding doors opening onto a covered verandah and a private courtyard and secure off-street parking. You're just minutes from the beach and shops and our neighbourhood is safe and friendly. The sunny main bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms both have two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Our house is filled with books, love and light and we look forward to your visit!

Driftwood Treehouse by the Sea

Driftwood Treehouse is a birders/surfers/artists paradise overlooking Kwelera Nature Reserve, a short walk to the sea. Be refreshed in nature after a days work. Work/travel compliant. The bedroom is upstairs reached via broad outside steps as shown in the photos, onto a deck surrounded by foliage. In the bedroom is a queen-sized bed, plus a single on request. The toilet is en-suite and there is a bath. Downstairs is the kitchen, rustic covered braai area and a beach shower.

Our open plan guest cottage offers a queen sized bed with high quality cotton linen, uncapped wifi, a HD smart tv, full DSTV & battery backup for load shedding. Our self catering studio, with backup power and aircon, is connected to the main house. It offers a neat and cozy open plan studio style unit with private entrance and private deck. There is remote access and off street parking for 1 medium size vehicle. Double cab Bakkie’s with a tow bar just fit in with some skill! Nahoon Beach and river is 1.5km down the road, Spar and restaurants 500m.
