立地も抜群です。海まで2分！ホストの方々のサポートもありがたいほどスムーズで的確で安心して宿泊できるので、もう何回もお世話になっています！閑静 な住宅街にあるので、夜は静かに清潔なベッドで休めて、リフレッシュできます。 食器もグラスもたくさんあり、洗濯機、レンジもあり不自由なく生活させてもらえる中、テレビがない点も気に入っています。 静かに音楽をかけて晩酌を楽しめるって贅沢であり、実は現代人に必要な時間なのではないかと感じました。感謝です！

アメニティやタオルの枚数など含め、特に設備面で柔軟に対応いただきました。不足するものなどあれば、すぐにお持ちいただけたため、大変助かりました。

Yuki has a lovely, comfortable house which is on a quiet side road but is still accessible to the metro station, lots of restaurants and shops. Yuki was extremely responsive whenever we had any questions and gave us some good recommendations and things to do in the area. Also on the last day when our plane was cancelled- so stressful - Yuki was very understanding and kind, offering to extend our stay. An excellent host and definitely recommended. Thank you Yuki!

I found this place excellent for my family during our stay. Michiya is a great Host, guided me every step of the way. The house is clean, comfortable, quiet, and accessible to restaurants, convenience store and train rides. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Akira’s place. We were a group of 8 people with 5 adults and 3 kids (10 and under). The house comfortably fit all of us and felt like home — Akira had everything we needed. Loved the residential neighbourhood- gave you a sense of how most people lived - and a restful reprieve after visiting the hustle and bustle of the major city areas. I would mention that if you have a large taxi/transport, it may be difficult to get right to the house as the roadways are very narrow (typical for residential areas). Two laundry places and vending machines right by the house (so convenient)! Walkable to train stations. Look forward to coming back!

What a delightful stay we had at Yuri’s place. It was wonderfully spacious for our family of 5, very clean, comfortable and tucked in a charming neighborhood. A short walk to the Sendagi station as well as the bus meant we travelled easily throughout the city. We particularly enjoyed riding the bikes through Yanaka. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay, Yuri!

Great place, a little out of the way but very good value, lots of space, and a short train ride from Shinjuku. The place was well suited for our purposes (family of 3 adults/2 children). Lots of good restaurants near Hatagaya Station. One warning, the address was difficult for Google Maps and Uber to find, but I found a nearby business and used that instead, much easier to tell drivers where to go. Often Google Maps would try to send us to a similar address in Honcho rather than Honmachi.

清潔でかつリッチな気分を味わえる施設でした。 チェックイン時間も考慮頂き、少ない滞在日数でしたが、存分に楽しむことができました。 また、丁寧かつ素早い対応をしていただけたので、 その点でも安心して滞在出来ました。 家族4人での利用で、 キャパよりも少ない人数での利用だったのですが、 6名での利用であれば、かなりコスパは良いかと思います。 海に入れるハイシーズンだと 予約は難しいかもしれないですが、 海やプールに入れる時期に また利用したいですね。

スポーツの大会で利用しました。あいにくの雨でしたが、ユーモア溢れるイラストを楽しんでゆっくり休めました。周辺は自然に囲まれており、晴れた日にまた泊まりたいです。

Prachtig huisje, om te genieten van de natuur, op een goede reisafstand vanaf Tokyo. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en boodschappen kun je doen op loopafstand. De host Akane reageerde meteen op onze vragen en was erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. We zouden dit huisje aan iedereen aanbevelen!

家の周り、間取りや内装もあいまって、日常を離れ休暇を満喫できる雰囲気、環境でした。 ホスト様からの返答は常に素早く助かりました。周辺のアクティビティにもアクセスよく楽しく過ごせました。

We are very happy that we stayed at Nanami’s place for a little less than a month to explore Tokyo. Multiple train stations and bus stops to everywhere you would want to go in Tokyo. Nice walk to the stations with restaurants and supermarkets along the way. Multiple parks and playgrounds in the surrounding area kept my children entertained. I really liked the peaceful neighbourhood and a local Showa feel, which added the interest to our trip this time. Nanami’s house is very clean with everything you need to keep it comfortable to stay. She was very quick to respond and gave spot on suggestions and advice. Thank you very much Nanami for your hospitality and making our stay such a wonderful one!

10 min walk from Honancho station and very convenient to get to. Place has everything you need for a great stay!

Great location. Otsuka is a nice neighbourhood with great shops to discover. Just a short walk away from several JR and Metro Stations and also Ikebukuro Sunshine City. The flat was great and the host was really friendly!

It was such a beautiful home, honestly we had a very different view of it just because we live in the US our perspective of the home was different but once we arrived seeing the architecture and the way the house is built was so wonderful and smart. Everyone loved the house! We felt so comfortable especially the terrace was so peaceful. We loved being able to have two bathrooms as well as having a washer/dryer in one! We were actually so surprised and having little kids with us it was a necessity. We loved how close it was to Uniqlo and other restaurants and stores ESPECIALLY the train station it was such a lifesaver when it came to taking all our luggage’s to head to the airport. Overall we fell in love with Mari’s place and decided to stay at her place when we visit next time! Mari and her team were so responsive and helpful sending guides to places to visit. Thank you so much!

Great place to stay for our family. It is a little further away from all major attractions but that didn’t stop us. The stairs are pretty narrow to go up. If you have bigger luggage, it will be hard to get everything upstairs. We kept everything on the bottom floor and brought it up as we needed things. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the bottom floor. The second floor has the tatami room and kitchen/living room. The last 2 rooms are on the top floor. If you’re driving to the house, some of the roads to get there are narrow but this didn’t bother us. It’s definitely a great place to stay for the cost. We will come back here.
