The apartment was build in 3 year ago, so everything is clean and neat, and the location is amazing only 2minutes by walk from Hatagaya station, which is 2 steps from Shinjuku station(Center of Tokyo) floor, which is a Coffee shop(I open it occasionally). The apt has an entrance only for the guests.

The first and second floors are rented separately, so please take a look at the listings. The floor was replaced with a carpeted floor on 2023.7.13!
