Beachfront holiday rentals in Kavourotrypes Beach

We had a wonderful stay. We stayed for 8 nights and I could have stayed longer. Waking up and having breakfast on the front porch with such a beautiful view was great. The beach and the water were spectacular, and pretty much all to ourselves, so we felt no need to visit other beaches. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts Ioannis and Gianna are such nice people, they greeted us with a freshly baked tiropita and a whole bunch of fruits. They provided clear instructions and were available for anything we needed. There were lawn chairs and umbrellas for the beach for our use, and right next door is a small beach bar that I would get my daily Greek frappe from. I would definitely come back here.

We had a great stay, a couple with our 5-month-old baby. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and even nicer than in the photos. Sissy provided a comfortable baby crib, and communication with her was easy and pleasant. The location is nice and quiet, with a peaceful beach and the lovely town of Siviri just a short walk away. There’s also a big supermarket a few minutes’ drive away, and parking was always easy. The view from the balcony is stunning. It’s about 50 easy steps down to the sea, or a slightly steep but doable path if you have a stroller. Sissy gave us beach chairs, an umbrella, and helpful local tips. The balcony is next to another house, but the neighbors were quiet and it didn’t bother us. In the afternoons the sun can warm up the apartment, but there are ceiling fans in every room, and a new A/C is being installed. We felt at home and would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Vasiliki’s beautiful house. It had everything we needed to feel like home. Every morning we were waking up to a breathtaking view and the rest of the day was well spent on the private beach area that is just 5-10 minutes away through the pines. Vasiliki is an incredibly responsive, welcoming and a charming host that made us feel right at home. Looking forward to more summer holidays spent at this wonderful place!

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

We had a wonderful 6-day stay at this seaside house. The location is perfect, just steps from the water, and the view is stunning. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

We had an amazing time. The apartment is really close to the beach and just a few people were there, it really felt like a private beach. The centre where the bars, restaurants, shops were, was about 5 minutes by car. The house was clean, comfortable all in all great, and we really enjoyed having meals on the patio every day. Fivos was really nice, helpful and quick to answer. I would recommend this place 100%. And there were a lot of cute cats nearby.:)

An ideal place to relax, with welcoming hosts, a quiet, comfortable and intimate location, with the possibility of choosing several pleasant ways of spending your time: a beautiful wild beach is nearby, and a walk of about 5 minutes are numerous restaurants and bars with the impeccably landscaped beach area. Great place close to everything with huge yard

A wonderful place for a comfortable and relaxing vacation! The hotel is new, very cozy, and well-maintained — everything looks modern and tastefully designed. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the sea. The swimming pool was especially impressive — clean, and surrounded by a comfortable lounging area. A perfect place to relax during the day. The rooms are spacious and bright, and housekeeping is regular and of high quality. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Our stay left only the best impressions. We will definitely come back and gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family!

My friends and I loved our stay at Electra’s place. Electra was always responsive and helpful. Her neighbour Paul greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome - he was very helpful and gave us recommendation’s. The house was very clean and cosy. We loved having a private beach and the surroundings were beautiful! We would definitely return.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

The stay with Ioannis and his family was great, they are very warm and friendly hosts, I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The accommodation is exactly as described, the interior as well as the exterior are well maintained, clean and tidy, the pool is the highlight, the sea can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The area is quiet and not so crowded, so ideal for relaxing and unwinding, I can recommend the accommodation 100%, thank you very much for everything and see you next time.

The stay at the villa was very nice, the surroundings are quiet & very nice. It is not far to the sea. All household appliances worked well, everything you needed was there. Unfortunately, you are no longer allowed to use the beautiful coal grill outside because there is a risk of fire. But Stelios immediately organized & built us a new electric grill the next day. The pool was clean & was unexpectedly cleaned again while we were there.

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

Our stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The hosts were lovely, very helpful, and took care of every detail. The food at the restaurant was excellent - fresh, tasty and wonderfully served. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet and pleasant place to relax. I recently spent a few days in Greece and had an absolutely amazing experience! The hospitality was exceptional – Jelena was so friendly and welcoming. The place I stayed at was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the pool.

This has become a very special place for our family. Such a peaceful cove, especially in morning and evening when summer boat traffic calms down. Lovely, clean, home-like.

We spent 10 days in Georgios house in off season. It was the perfect stay for us, truly everything we looked for. It was private, quiet and has a marvelous sea and sunset view. Everything in the house is new, clean and modern and we didn’t miss a single thing. We enjoyed early morning and evening walks at the beach as it’s easily reachable by foot. Georgios and his mom are very lovely people and the communication was fast and kind. Absolutely recommended.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach and within easy walking distance to the vibrant village center, full of charming shops, restaurants, and cafés. The house itself was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Our family had an amazing time here, and we truly felt at home. Amazing. The view is exceptional, charming. Far from the crowds, quiet, calm, peaceful. Paradise. Konstantina is very hospitable. We arrived early and while we waited at the beach, Konstantina brought us various chilled fruits and drinks to the beach. They also had a lot of treats that were enough for our vacation at home until the end. Everything was considered down to the smallest detail. This is the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed in! It is a piece of paradise. Incredible views with stunning sunsets. Urania and her mum are extremely helpful and incredibly generous hosts. Thank you both so much for such a wonderful stay.

The place is very nice as described, but the photos of the 360 degree roof terrace do not reach the fullest, it has to be experienced. We loved our 2 weeks in it and were always looking forward to coming back to the apartment after the beach/city day. It's within walking distance of everything you need of Neos Mamaras.

Its a unique experience! Just alone on and island and you don't need anything else.
