Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kavala Prefecture

Thanks to Dimitra and her husband, it was a very good time. House is situated in a small peaceful city. Very quiet place, locals are very friendly. Everyone speaks English in the stores and at the awesome local market (thanks for the recommendation). There is a grill outside the house and the local fish store has very good and fresh seafood. I recommend this house to everyone who dreams of a quiet vacation without crowds of tourists on the streets All the delights of the Greek coastline in 15 minutes by car through beautiful scenery.

Paris and Chryssa were very helpful, gave us a lot of information about what to go and what to see in Doxato, Drama and the surrounding area. The accommodation is clean, spacious, in very good condition and in a beautiful, quiet environment. Highly recommended

Everything was perfect.

We had a great holiday at pebbles beach house! The two nearby restaurants are very ok, we would walk to the beach in just 5 minutes. The beach is rocky but with proper shoes that is no problem. The water is small and rocks are just at the entrance. The kids were very excited to find different rocks on the beach. Other fine sandy beaches are found nearby, our favorite was Atspas Beach, just 10 Minutes drive. We had a relaxing vacation and would come back anytime here.

It was a magical vacation. Very clean and bright house, great pool with mountain view. A complete feeling of harmony with nature. The house is perfectly designed, with very good thermal isolation. The best option - come by car. The house is located at some distance from the beach. The nearest beach is one of the best on the island. It is very long and therefore gives a great choice of umbrellas/loungers with a wide range of prices. Special thanks to the owner of the house. Orestis is a true professional. He is always on call. Very friendly and solves problems instantly.

I wanted to thank Tatiana and Vasilis for their wonderful hospitality..I have visited many of airbnb houses due to my job in the past but in your home i felt really cosy..i had all the necessaries and i really thank for all your supplies, the house was full equipped with all necessaries and i highly recommend it for every occasion...

The place was very clean, with a beautiful seaview and quiet and nice neighbourhood. Very generous free street parking space. We will come back in our next vacation in Kavala.

Lovely apartment with garden, very near to the beach. Clean, cozy and cool, with all amenities. The landlord is very helpful, assists in everything. I am very happy with my choice and my stay.

We had a good time.. We were here during Easter.. There were eggs painted left on the table as well as authentic Greek cookies.. It was a very kind gesture from the owner.. The apartment is small and cozy, the terrace is also comfortable for morning coffee.. The building is close to shops and establishments. We felt wonderful and would stay again on our next trip to Kavala. I recommend the place !

It's truly a heavenly place, just like its name. It was very nice to spend a holiday with a green garden, beautiful fruit trees and flowers. Our hosts are the most wonderful, friendly hosts we have ever met. They have offered us many treats since we arrived. They also sent us off with gifts. If you prefer a calm and peaceful place, this is definitely the right address. The garden has a very beautiful view both day and night. The sea is very close and the entire coast is incredibly calm. The cleanliness of the house was very nice. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely prefer this place again if we come back.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is perfect—if you're coming by bus from Turkey, the bus stop is literally just around the corner, so it’s super convenient. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby to check out. And the view from the terrace is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend staying here!

we stayed 8 nights in this apartment and we felt excellent. The position of the apartment complex in front of the beach and the promenade street with shops and taverns is very close. the complex is new, the furniture is of high quality and carefully arranged. The appliances are also of high quality. The pool is 9 meters long, but for a morning workout it is welcome. The pool water was warm and very clean. access with pets is allowed, they have a lawn where they can roam. Although I stayed in the second week of September, I had very good beach weather and warm sea water. We drew a winning card this tourism year! And one more thing for fishermen: excellent fishing spots in the sea and in the Old Port of Limani (about 8km away) and in the Struma River.

The apartment was amazing. It is super close to the city center. It was very clean and well decorated. My mom especially liked the covers and said they look like brand new :D I definetely recommend this place

The stay was excellent, it met our expectations. No unpleasant surprises, everything according to the description and photos. Clean and well-maintained space, with attention to small details that often make the difference (e.g. water and juices in the fridge, books, playpen with 1-2 children's toys, etc.). Very pleasant surprise the provision of wine for the welcome! It seems that the host respects his guests!

The view from the apartment is fantastic and having a large covered terrace really makes it a great place to stay. We spent a week there and felt at home. Slept well as it’s quiet at night with a comfortable bed. We loved Kavala and found a great local taverna and a bakery nearby. Thanks Anna

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Everything is thought for great stay experience. Easy to find house. Everywhere is super clean and hygienic. But it is studio apartment so, bedrooms are not separed. For 2 families is could be inconvenient maybe.

Mary is our most favourite host. This is our second stay in her place and hopefully not the last one. She is an extremely kind, responsive, friendly and nice person. She makes us feel at home every time. The communication with her is very easy and fast, no wait to answer you back. The apartment is extremely clean, convenient and spacious enough for comfortable stay. It has everything you might need. Our favorite part of the apartment is the lovely terrace with an amazing view of the port of Kavala. The location is top - the heart of the old town, walk distance away from the nice tavernas, shops, bars and cafes. We absolutely recommend and would happily come back again. We had a wonderful time at Jenny's place - the apartment is very clean and spacious, artfully decorated and very comfortable for a family vacation or a group of friends! It is also very central and we could easily walk to various shop, restaurants, bakeries and the harbor. Check-in and out was easy, and Jenny was quick to respond to any questions!
