'Forest Holiday' Unique cabin next to the lake

There are total three lake front Cabins in our area. Pond Cabin is located 15meters from pond and 50 meters from lake and is surrounded by forest. Cabin comes with all necessary amenities. You can also enjoy charcoal grill, canoe, sound system, water trampoline at no extra costs. You only have to bring wood or charcoal for bbq. Music can be played outdoors until 22pm. We also offer jacuzzi hot tub 80€ and sauna for 100€ Nearest shop is 2km away.

Country house is near "Paezeriu lake" in Patunkiskiai village. From "Villa Ievyne" to - Vilkaviskis town is about 5km - Marijampole town is about 25km - Kaunas city is about 75km. From Poland border is about 50km - Russia border is about 20km. In "Villa Ievyne" we offer for you Canoeing, bicycle, football area, basketball area, kid's playground, sauna, fishing in lake and the pond.

K-Town * 2BR Apartment near the Lake *

The best thing about this place is that it's near the lake, so it's especially nice in the summer. Beach is close! The old town is just 6 km away. The house is divided into: 2 and 1 bedrooms flats with separate entrances. It can fit 2 to 8 ppl or if booking all house up to 14 ppl. Don't hesitate to contact us. Small, cozy, private, and more because we have to stop and rest. The lake is a lakeside lodge. With mound scenery. The lodge is built 25 meters from the water. It has all the necessary dishes, grill, charcoal, the most necessary spices, towels, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries. * Hot tub rental price 50 eur/day. There is a 10% discount for the second day.
