Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Katowice

It is beautiful, very spacious and beautifully located. Just as the owner described. At the end of the street, the small footpath was a plus. The garden is really to be enjoyed and certainly the swing bench. Everything that was needed was present.

Very nice and spacious wooden house in the secluded suburb of Andrychów. Quiet and well-maintained, modern and clean interior, communicative hosts. The center of Andrychów is ten minutes away by car, and the mountain paths can be easily reached on foot in half an hour to an hour depending on the pace of the walk. If someone is looking for an affordable place to take a break from a big city, but without going to the complete deafness, this home is a good compromise.

Staying at Fillip's place was a unique and unforgettable experience! The place was well-equipped and surprisingly comfortable. The house was perfect for kids, with plenty of space and a lovely lake . Filip was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place! Fully equiped, spacious, in a quiet private corner surrounded by nature. Perfect for families or for friends gatherings in a discrete setting. We had a particular appreciation for the parking place, the terrace equipped with a gas grill, the comfy bed, the green space around the house and the communication with the host. A big thanks!

It was a very nice stay. We visited the Auschwitz/Birkenau Memorial and Krakow. The house was ideal for both. It is very new and modernly furnished. Everything you need is available. A special highlight is the swimming pool. The rooms and the furnishings were as described. The contact with Bartlomiej was great and there was quick feedback. We would book here again.

The apartment is exactly as advertised, nice and clean, lots of room and parking space too. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend. We didn't get to meet the owner, but the neighbour who looks after the apartment was really nice and very helpful. We were very happy we chose this apartment. Lovely

Kamil was the perfect host, always there to answer any questions or help with anything we needed. The Villa is amazing, it was perfect for our group trip. Lovely garden space, plenty of space, everything you needed for a base. The beds were very comfortable to sleep, but they are all single. A couple of double beds would have been good but didn’t affect our stay. The downstairs bedrooms have room darkening blinds but upstairs don’t, which is fine if you don’t mind getting up early to enjoy the day. Overall I would highly recommend Kamil and his Villa. We are already talking about coming back next year for a long weekend together.

We liked it very much at Miroslaw's place! The house and the property is very large and cozy. The house is isolated and private, however, there are few activities in the immediate vicinity. We will be happy to come back anytime thank you so much!

We could easily spend weeks here, we feel so comfortable. Everything is just perfect: quiet location, spotless cleanliness, high quality amenities, comfortable beds, so many rooms, the garden, the sauna, the video room...and and – pure luxury! It's a real wow experience. The hosts, Olivia and her father Jurand, are also incredibly warm, available at all times and always there for us when we have questions or need support. --> Absolutely recommend!
