Waterfront holiday rentals in Kato Paphos

Elena's apartment is perfect for a couple! The view is wonderful and in the evening you can hear the waves of the sea from the bedroom! Coral Bay is very close on foot and Coralia Beach is a little further away but still within walking distance. Elena is a super kind person and available in advice, help, etc. The apartment is very clean, nice terrace for aperitifs or dinners!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee and local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Anna - thank you! The apartment is great, parking close by, sea views from the apartment, balcony is amazing for morning coffees and doing some work. Easy access to the coastal path which is great for runs. Anna also, had toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving foam which was great! Also, had washing powder for the washing machine, though weren’t there long enough to use. Can’t fault the apartment at all.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The place is comfortable, nicely furnished, with a lovely garden and access to a shared pool in the community. We stayed there with our family during the weekdays, so it was quiet and peaceful — perfect for both rest and remote work. The host was exceptionally proactive and helpful, always available and responsive. Highly recommended!

We spend 5 days in Sergei’s and Markus’s apartment. It was more than lovely. Even they have a nicely printed book of intorduction, instructions and program guides included in it. The terrace is even better in live. The kitchen is perfect, we could cook and using the washing machine. Also plus point should given because every AC/DC has stickers what related to it, so turn on-off - you can’t miss (also the washing machine has english stickers so cou can pick your washing program perfectly). The bedroom is cosy, we slept well there. There are two air conditioner (Gree) so it’s moders and has humidity mode. By walk you reach 3 shops, many restaurants and the Coral-bay beach is in 5 min walk! Bus line 615 can take you to Paphos in approximately 15-25 min ( depends on how many passengers travelling to different locations and 615 goes to Tombs of Kings station, from there take 611 to reach the harbour - 4 more stops). I am very grateful to Nadezhda for our wonderful vacation! The apartment fully corresponded to the photos, and Nadia herself turned out to be a very hospitable hostess! The apartment is clean, beautiful and very spacious! The children and I not only comfortably accommodated in different bedrooms, but also had a great opportunity to study and work in a separate office. The Internet in the apartment is flying! (there were no problems with working video calls on Zoom) A leisurely 15-minute walk to the beautiful beach. Also, there is a small 24-hour shop and a large Lidl on the way. Restaurants and taverns are within walking distance. During the daytime heat, the apartment is comfortable thanks to air conditioners and fans. There is also a great opportunity to plunge into the pool, which is available only to residents of this condominium. The apartment also has a spacious terrace, where it is pleasant to meet the morning with a cup of coffee or relax in the afternoon. The apartment has all the necessary utensils for cooking. We are very happy!

Okay. If you want to be in the centre of the action within a few steps of bars, restaurants or shops nothing comes better than this! Don’t worry the noise outside doesn’t carry into this studio apartment. It’s in a bustling area but the sounding proofing inside is more than adequate Presentation was 5/5. Lovely layout. Exactly as the images portray. Massive tv. Lovely bathroom. Super little kitchen. For me it was tight. For two it’s a squeeze. It’s a studio. It’s small. So if you are looking for space as a priority this isn’t it. Watch the world pass by as you sit sipping a glass of wine on the balcony. Thats what this is about! I thought I was treated superbly by the team looking after the property. Couldn’t fault them for helping with anything I required. Simply super Italian restaurant literally 5m away. Best pizza I’ve had in years! Go! So there you go. That’s my vibe on this. Oh and parking was superb so don’t worry if you have a car. There is lots of space in the rear.

The apartment is in a great location, it's easy to take the bus to/from airport (number 612), and the town and beach are easily walkable. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants. You can also get buses to other beaches and towns. We stayed for a month so made full use of the kitchen and washing machine- there was everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay here. As someone else has reported- google maps is slightly incorrect. The actual property is about 100 metres up the road, and on the other side of road. (Also note that electricity is payable separately, I hadn't noticed that in the listing)

Jonathan's place is well suited for a quiet relaxing holiday only a 5 minute walk to a main bus route from paphos to coral Bay. The pool was very quiet and most days we were the only people there. The host replied to all messages very promptly Well worth a visit

There were four of us staying in mid-November. Positive: The house is beautiful and as depicted in the photos. A very nice beach is within 3 minutes walking distance. You can stand directly in the driveway by car, although there is also street parking. We felt very comfortable. Negative: Without a rental car we would not go to this property as supermarket and good restaurants are a little further away. - Nevertheless, the place gets 5 stars :-)

We loved our week in Nicola's place, it was perfect! Everything was as described, and she answered any questions we had instantly. We would love to stay here again, and would recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Great stay. House is equipped with so many stuff to use(towels, kitchen material etc) We had an incident with a door where someone was locked in a room upstairs, when we called they immediately sent a locksmith. All communication went smoothly and fast. Recommend!

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

We traveled with an Infant of 2 months and it was amazing the house , so nice and very very clean , it has an amazing view from the balcony , One of the best accommodation we ever been 😀

We had a very nice stay, the house was great. Bit of struggle with the parking sometimes, but not a real issue.

We loved staying here as a family of 4. Bright, spacious and comfortable with all amenities. Very much enjoyed the outdoor patio with all the comfy seating and table/chairs. Just like the photos. Excellent, good size shared Pool! Great TV which we used with our media player. Private parking space for our rental car. Short walk to a small beach, but we drove to Coral Bay which is a lovely very large sandy beach 20 mins away. 2 supermarkets and 2 restaurants within 5 mins walk. Down by the harbour we would recommend Hondros ( authentic and old ) with amazing ice cream at the ‘E Cosi Gelataria’! Christina was very responsive to all enquiries and was a great host! We would love to return and stay here again!

We spent 10 days at this beautifully little hideaway on Pissouri Bay. Such a sweet apartment - just open the gate and you are so near to the beach. Irina was a helpful and friendly host who looked after us well and equally gave us all the space we needed to be peaceful 'downstairs'. We would love to come back as soon as we can!! We had a lovely relaxing time. Lovely short stroll to fantastic restaurants on the waterfront. Beautiful harbour and lovely beach. Apartment was great, everything you need and more for a lovely relaxing stay.

The location is perfect — restaurants, the beach, a supermarket, and boat rentals are all just around the corner. The apartment is spacious, with a lovely balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. We really appreciated the complimentary snacks and cold water waiting for us in the fridge — such a thoughtful touch after a long trip. We had small luggage, so the stairs were no problem, but be aware that there’s no elevator. It might be challenging if you have heavy bags or mobility issues. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

A wonderful week in this apartment of Sylvia. The accommodation matched the photos and was very clean, fresh and smelled nice by the connected air fresheners. Upon arrival, a bottle of mineral water and a chocolate was ready. I was quite ready for this after a long day of travel. Glad this has been thought of. Sylvia comes across as a warm and kind person and was proactive. During my stay, she asked how it was and if I had any questions. She then helped me with information about the bus lines. I had a great week. Thanks Sylvia!
