Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kato Paphos

We were absolutely delighted with this villa. Everything is very new, very clean, an incredible large pool, a very large amount of dishes: many glasses, beautiful plates. Everything is thought out here for your comfortable stay. There is also everything you need for a grill, the grill is clear and easy to use. We were on holiday in a company of 6 people, and everyone had the opportunity to retire to this villa, as it is very large. An incredible view opens from the terrace. Very quiet and calm. The owner gave all the necessary instructions for living in the villa in advance. The transfer of keys was contactless, clear and convenient. Highly recommended!

Just returned from a 1 week stay. Check in instructions sent a few days before and Anna was kind enough to arrange a taxi transfer for us. The villa is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The pool is much bigger than it looks in photographs. The villa itself was in a perfect location with a number of restaurants, supermarkets and the kings avenue mall all within walking distance. Tea for two which is a two minute walk a way was one of our favourites. There was further construction work nearby although we couldn’t hear any noise and didn’t affect our stay. Anna was contactable during our stay and responded straight away. We already looking at future dates to return.

location in peacefully estate, two public swimming pools, one of those ringt behind the fence. the patio was a great benefit. a good size two bedrooms and bathrooms. Good size kitchen, dining area and sitting room. Grocery shops in walking distance from the house, and good restaurant just on the corner. a few minutes drive to the marina and promenade. We had a car, and is also space for car in front of the house. The host is responsible and responds immediately. the kettle broken down, we got new without any issues. I would stay again

If you are wanting to stay at a villa with great views of the ocean and stunning sunsets then this place is the one to book. Very relaxing break which was exactly what we needed and wanted. The surrounding area is lovely and worth exploring if you wanted to get off the sun loungers and leave the villa! Helpful host and answered any questions we had. Great communication from Matheos in the lead up to our arrival and while there, and the villa looks just as pictured with that absolutely stunning pool really sealing the deal! Even though the villa is in a gated community, it really felt so peaceful and like we were alone looking out to the surrounding hills and valley. If you are sensitive to pool temperatures then I suggest requesting heating beforehand, but doubt this is an issue in the summer time (already got quite warm from the Sun in May) and there’s also a great hot tub to hand for the evening. Also be aware that this villa has traditional plumbing infrastructure (typical in many homes on the island).

We enjoyed our stay at this new villa with spectacular views. Communication with the host @Nomadsproperties was excellent. We did manage to find it with the map pin as the road is as yet unnamed. The property is spotlessly clean, contemporary and has all the equipment you need. It is quiet and peaceful and a short drive to Coral Bay. You definitely need a car as it is a little remote, but thats part of its charm. Thank you Nomads

We booked this visit whilst staying at Margarita’s last year. We’ve been counting the days since and when we arrived it was like we hadn’t been away. The peace and tranquility of the setting hasn’t changed and we slipped into holiday mode instantly. The accommodation has everything you need for your stay and the gardens / pool make you not want to leave the terrace area from sunrise to sunset. Margarita was very helpful with check in instructions as we were arriving later than we’d like due to the flight we had booked. She was also very responsive to any questions we had and provided us with information on local events and how they may effect us (local holidays and Potential shop closures) Loopie the resident cat was there to greet us every morning and would pop by in the evening to see us for a little chat and a head scratch. I have never visited the same holiday accommodation more than twice, but this place is so perfect we have already booked for our 3rd visit next May.

Mooi authentiek huis dat voorzien is van alle gemakken, gelegen aan de rand van een klein rustig dorpje. Volop privacy en zeer behulpzame eigenaar. Heerlijke vakantie gehad.

This stay was a dream! Felt like home by the end. I would love to return and now have lifelong memories having great conversations on the outdoor swing at sunset.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment, it was lovely and clean when we arrived and well stocked with basic necessities. The apartment was situated in a lovely area of paphos and within walking distance of the beach and plenty of restaurants. The old town was a 30 minute walk from the apartment which was walkable in the evenings when the temperature was cooler. The host was very responsive and ensured to provide plenty of good communication. We were also provided with some lovely recommendations of places to visit and restaurants during our stay which we enjoyed. Overall, the apartment was lovely, clean on arrival and situated in a great area of Paphos. We had a lovely holiday so thank you to our lovely host.

Beautiful accommodation and a great location with easy access to surrounding areas of interest. Easily accessible from the airport on the 612 bus which runs from the airport to practically outside the apartment. The host, Marjon, was extremely welcoming and very responsive to any queries my girlfriend and I had. Details on how to access the apartment and further details about the apartment itself were provided allowing for a smooth and easy stay. Very much recommended for a great stay in Paphos.

We enjoyed a very relaxed holiday staying at Wolfgang’s very clean, comfortable & modern apartment. Loved the balcony for sitting out before & after exploring during the day. We used the pool to chill on hot days (for us) ! Perfectly quiet & private Used the washing machine several times as we only took cabin bags for 11 nights. Clothes dried overnight & the iron is brilliant. As previous reviewers have stated all local amenities are within walking distance including local buses if not hiring a car. Wolfgang has been a real super host with excellent communication, advice & recommendations, friendly and hospitable. His partner Tanja & Wolfgang invited us in for drinks on their balcony & to his birthday bbq on the roof terrace - great start to our holiday. At the end, we were able to enjoy a late checkout (as no one was in the following day) before heading to the airport - very easy by bus from Tomb of the Kings bus station €2pp or €3 after 9pm. Absolutely and by far the nicest hosts ! They did everything possible to make us feel right at home in Paphos and in their apartment. I should say this is also THE CLEANLINESS was on a new level for me and I’ve been to plenty of hotels and Airbnbs. It’s right at the heart of Paphos but so secluded and quiet at night; you also have free parking on the premises; coffee machine with actual coffee beans; the list goes on!! Huge thank you to both our hosts and we can’t wait to be back!

The most beautiful apartment. Marianna was so kind and thoughtful with amazing breakfast each morning. Apartment was so clean and pool was outstanding. Will definitely love to return. Thank you a million times over!!!

Janes apartment was just what we needed just back from two fantastic weeks , we arrived at silly o’clock in the morning and because Janes instructions were so clear that was a perfect start to our holiday , the apartment had everything you need plus lots of other things to make your stay pleasant, this was my first air B&B it was just perfect so many fantastic places within walking distance to eat out at too , the pool was a delight to use too , thank you for a fantastic holiday , we will be back .

I highly recommend it to everyone, it felt like being at home. The place is beautiful, and everything you could possibly need is there. It's great that you can check in so flexibly and independently. The place was clean and well equipped. One of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in.

Spotlessly clean on arrival. Fully equipped kitchen. Convenient location and very walkable to nearby beach, harbor, castle, mall. Nearest groceries supermarket just 3 minute walk away. Easily accommodated our family of 4 which included two late teens children. Not the quietest of neighborhoods, but that did not interfere with our enjoyment of the apartment and was a small price to pay for the convenience of the location. Would recommend.

Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Ein wundervolles kleines Appartement. Abseits des Trubel ,aber dennoch alles gut zu erreichen. Das Meer war auch zum schwimmen erreichbar. Der Ausblick jeden Morgen hat der Seele gutgetan. Wir haben viel gesehen und erlebt und uns gut erholt. Glenis und Jane vor Ort waren sehr gute Gastgeberinnen . Danke für alles!!!! We had a lovely time during our stay. Our host could not have been more attentive and helpful during the whole stay. The airbnb was just what we needed for our week stay, equipped with all the essential and extra like beach gear, cards, cool bags etc. the garden/court yard area was perfect - super private space that felt individual from the others. We had an amazing time, thank you so much. Really made our holiday special.

The accommodation was very clean and spacious. It had a nice big balcony with a large table and four chairs. Everything was exactly as Alexander described it. I can highly recommend and would happily book it again.

The place and host was absolutely 💯 .Very helpful on check in and check out. We had early check in and late check out. He doesn't charge anything and been very very friendly

Georgios ist sehr zuvorkommend. Haben spontan gebucht und es hat alles super geklappt. Wohnung ist groß und liegt in einer guten Lage. Man bekommt von ihm Snacks und Wasser steht auch zur Verfügung.
