Family-friendly holiday rentals in Kato Alepochori

Very spacious living spaces and outdoor areas, with beautiful views of the sea, lake and mountains! Except for the failure of the hot tub on the first evening, everything was perfect! But we also understood that some things just can't be fixed within a few days. Tip for the next guests: Stay strong and don't feed the cats! There are more and more of them every day and they are becoming more and more intrusive!

Thanks again Sue for a lovely peaceful few nights tucked away in Ermioni. The cottage is so sweet, cool and comfortable and contained everything you could possibly need. Sue was extremely helpful when showing us around and always responsive to messages - would definitely recommend as a fantastic holiday spot.

If I could give Andreas more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we booked, his communication was outstanding. He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. He personally welcomed us and shared thoughtful recommendations — every restaurant, whether off the beaten path or near the main sites, was exactly what we were looking for. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. We had a great time. Everything was super smooth. Communication excellent and clear, check-in no problem. The location is unbeatable in Athens. Everything walking distance, fantastic food places all around. Would come back anytime!

Absolutely stunning. The view from the apartment is second to none, and looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. Quick to reply. All in all superb experience.

Leah's apartment was perfect. Just a 3 to 4 minute walk to the metro and 5 to 6 stops to downtown Athens. It was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. She was quick to respond to all of my messages. I didn't have any Euros on me yet and she drove me to a bank to use the ATM. She then drove me around the neighborhood and showed me her favorite places to eat and get coffee. We ate at a few or ordered in. There is also a cute bakery near the metro. The house does smell like cigarettes but that didn't bother us. If you have asthma this might affect your stay. This is Leah's personal home, which I liked due to her making extra money and not supporting a company who buys up properties and forces locals out of home ownership. If we ever make it back to Athens we would 100% stay here again. Thanks again Leah for a great stay!

I am glad we chose Kostas place! Kostas was very responsive, answered all my questions before and during my stay. I didn't have to wait long for a reply! His checking in was smooth and informative! The balcony is amazing, so relaxling with amazing views! as a family of 3 it was the perfect Hub for us to go off an explore and come back and relax on the roof terrace untill bedtime! Place was clean and fresh if you thinking about booking do it!!

We stayed at Maria’s for about a week and enjoyed our stay! It was fairly close (7min) walk to the metro and one or two stops away from all of the attractions. Very peaceful and quiet location, with lots of space and nice balcony to enjoy a different view of Athens.

This Airbnb apartment was a real gem! The location was fantastic, but what truly stood out was the exceptionally convenient parking facility—so close and easy. Every detail in the spacious apartment was clearly carefully thought out, from the great balcony and view to the fact that the host was always reachable and incredibly kind and helpful.

I can’t speak highly enough of Haidi and her property. The location is perfect, walkable to everything. And the apartment is immaculate and comfortable. We will definitely visit again.

Highly recommend Peter’s spot! Super affordable, central location. It’s a bit busy but nice to be near all of the neighborhoods you might want to hang in. Peter went above and beyond to make our stay easy. He was always responsive and super kind. One bummer was that we woke up to loud construction right above us on our first morning. We talked to Peter about it, though, and it wasn’t a problem after that. Overall, great stay :)

Very nice home. Thelma was always responsive and we had a wonderful time in Athens and her place was convenient for shops and food and we had taxis for our others locations. Close to the markets as well!

A stunning apartment, very large, equipped, with air conditioning in every space, with a terrace like a botanical garden, we just didn't want to leave And her husband Froso are very nice and answered everything

This home was so beautiful! It was a perfect size for our family of 8 (4 adults, 4 children). The views could not be better. The pools were great, we spent a lot of time in them. The beach is a short walk. There is a restaurant down the road we ate at multiple times with fresh fish daily, or you can drive a short 25 minutes into town for many restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts were very responsive, house was very clean, comfortable beds. Overall an amazing stay and we would highly recommend!

The purpose of our trip was to attend a concert at the Lycabettus Theatre. We didn’t expect the apartment to be as perfect as it was! The apartment is clean, trendy, cool from the air con and the private pool was just the best!!! We loved the area, with it being slightly out the way from city centre. Kolanaki has so much hidden gems with great food spots! Thank you for having us X

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

We enjoyed our stay here. It is in a nice quiet location but still close to the sites and Naplion.

The home was exactly as described and was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own room. The property has stunning views and is very private and secluded. The host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to others visiting Nafplio!

Excellent location of modern apartment for town, tourist attractions, restaurants and getting to the airport. We made great use of the pool, for which Stamatis provided towels. Had everything required for basic cooking. Stamatis was very attentive, insisting to be there when we arrived. He showed us the apartment and made sure to talk through a map of the areas we wished to visit. Wanting to visit an island, Stamatis recommended Hydras. It was gorgeous and easy to get to using the metro and then a ferry.

Aristides is a very friendly host, from the first moment he gave us detailed information about food, nearby beaches and destinations. Our apartment had an amazing view of the bay of Korfos and the Saronic Gulf. It was well cared for, clean, and with everything a 4-member family needs for a comfortable and safe stay. A favorite part of the kids is the pool we could use at any time. Generally we had the feeling that we were hosted by a friend... The quaintness and beauty of Korfos in combination with the apartment we stayed in and the acquaintance with Aristides, will definitely bring us back to the same place many times !!!!!
