Waterfront holiday rentals in Kathu District

Me and my wife stayed in Patong 14 nights. 7 at this place and 7 at a different unit in the building. All I can say is I wish I booked this place for our entire 14 night stay. Wow, just wow. Pictures dont do a justice for this place. This was a 5 star hotel experience. The second we opened the door we knew we made the right choice. Looked like recently fully renovated unit. Squeeky clean place top to bottom. Functioning and practical layout. Whether you are in bed, on sofa, or eating, you are always looking at the sea view. Nice big bathroom with great shower, ice cold AC, full kitchen, good wifi. Fridge was stocked with beer, water, all kind of pop. Bathroom had soft towels, robes, slippers, soaps, toothbrushes. Balcony was huge and the egg/chair is great for relaxing and watching sunset. Natalia made this a home away from home for us. She helped us with early check in and let us drop off our lugage early in the morning while we had an overlap with our other air bnb. Will be back!

Amazing place super central killer views and most importantly very private

The accommodation was really nice! you guys pay attention to each and every detail.. we loved how close it was to the beach and all the activities. Great stay. Host was always responsive when anything came up and was super helpful, this was much appreciated. The location is great, walk to the beach and the apartment does a shuttle directly to the beach, this was great. Near restaurants and Muay Thai gyms etc 3 different pools to choose from, a restaurant on site and medical centre. The place had everything you need, with short walks to pharmacies and 7/11. Pleasant stay 😁

Very nice and large. Air conditioning and enough space. Very close to the beach and very private buildings. I recommend the stay.

Yao was a very attentive host who was responsive to our needs. The place itself is a great space, situated about 10 minutes away from the main Patong strip. It offers the right amount of accessibility to such areas whilst being far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Very spacious apartment. When checking in, just be mindful that you'll likely be taking your taxi to the 'Baycliff Residence' which is the drop off point, however you won't necessarily be staying in that place. The entrance is on the left side (if facing the Baycliff in front of you). I would definitely return. Thanks Yao

Amazing apartment (in a good way), very clean and having access to multiple pools and something spectacular! Yulia is always available at any time and at any time, too bad we didn't see each other, but for all the times we asked for something she was always helpful! Otherwise, I recommend it! Highly recommend a stay here for your vacation or travel in Phuket, Alexandre the host was always responsive and respectfully. The property is as listed on the photos and is very beautiful and private with an amazing indoor pool and beach access right infront . Great villa, close to the sea. There are shops and restaurants nearby within a short walk.

The Bungalow is spacious and is equipped with everything you might need and more. The location is unbeatable, right on the Ao Yon beach. It’s also very private with your own parking spot. Michael is a very friendly and proactive host. A great experience which I will definitely want to repeat someday

This place is wonderful. its even more beautiful in real life. The view is sensational. it's also great being connected to the restaurant as the food and cocktails are first class. if I was to get married again I would get married on the beach, stay at the amazing house and party at the restaurant 😁

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

During our trip to Phuket we have lived in three different places, and with no doubt this was the best of the best. The location is great. It's 1 minute away from the Ao Yon beach by walking. The great surroundings and picturesque scenery around the place. The house is situated at the south-east side of the island, so you can observe magnificent dawns. Inside we had lots of foodstuff and care products, even including some useful medicine. The house feels like home. It's neat and with lots of decorating stuff. The area is private for residents of this housing complex. Besides, it should be noted that the host Nym is very responsive and kind. She always answered the questions we had in minutes! We even had some free beer in the fridge when we arrived, that's a nice touch! Would recommend this place to people who are willing to find a serene place without the clogged beaches and typical tourist attractions. It was a wonderful stay! 10/10

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Great place to stay. Host is very responsive and suggested many nice places to visit. There’s a 7/11 very close to the house and a 24/7 tops also very near. View is beautiful. The massage place right under the building is also great.

it was great view from the Balcony. Easy to find out this building. 2 major shopping mall just behind the building, there is a shortcut road to connect the mall. Bangla Road is just few minutes from the building. overall it was awesome. it's highly recommend for 4 people.

Such a nice staying and nice place

The host was very responsive and had good communication. Good communication.The house is in a great location, the most lively street in Patong, countless convenience stores, pharmacies, massage shops and restaurants.Less than 20 minutes walk to Jungceylon and close to the beach.

Nice apartment, big balcony with forest view. Enoungh space for work and entertainment. Green territory. Nice and cozy place. Long distance to the sea (walking) could be the only disadvantage.
