Villa holiday rentals in Kathu District

Good villa, rooms were really clean. Huge bathrooms. We had fun.

We had a good stay in the villa. Flexible check-in with clear instructions on how to get to the villa. Everything looks like the pictures. It's clean, tidy, has enough towels for inside and outside, and the kitchen is well-equipped; you quickly feel at home. The master bedroom is separate from the other part of the house, and you reach the living room via the terrace. Large pool, small garden. A lot of cats around, but they are all pretty and well groomed. If u love cats, u will love it there. Criticisms: The mattress in the second bedroom is extremely hard and saggy. The house only has light-colored curtains, so you can't darken the rooms. The air conditioning is integrated into the ceiling and is really loud, but you get used to it all ;). A hotel is currently being built very close by (50 meters), so it can be noisy during the day. All in all, a great place to stay that I can recommend.

The apartment is on top of a hill and its very steep, can be a bit difficult by feet/without vehicle. Nevertheless very beautiful apartment, no doubt a stunning view!! Everything was clean and the communication was super fast, thank you. What I wanted to mention, the bathroom has a glass door and it can be dangerous for taller people to hit their head (like it happened to my boyfriend unfortunately). Electricity can be charged if you consume more than “given”, was a bit confusing for me (we didn’t have to pay, but I guess when using the AC etc. It could be more pricey) My highlight tho, beside the amazing view, were the Mama cat and her kids, so cute and cuddly 🥺

Super nice villa. It's tucked away in the back of the community so very private and secluded. Great swimming pool, and although electricity costs went higher than I expected, I really appreciated the A/C system which didn't use wall units like most places but was central A/C. Well-decorated, very comfortable, and the host and staff are both responsive and helpful. Beach is not too far away, even walking - and Kamala beach is wonderful.

This stay was amazing! The house is pristine, clean, with absolutely amazing views. The staff is great and security is always active to keep you safe!

Exceeded expectations—absolutely stunning frontline sea view and very close to Patong. Even without driving ourselves, using the Bolt service recommended by the host was fast and very affordable. The house manager, Frank, was incredibly warm and helpful, always responsive. Everything was perfect—thank you for providing such a wonderful holiday memory.

The house is really nice, just like the pictures, the feeling of the villa with sea view is particularly good, but also because of this, the house is some distance from the sea side and requires a taxi to get there.There is also a house to the nearest 711, although it is not far to walk, there is a bit of an up and down slope, the slope is large, basically about equals exercise, and it's nice hahaha

We are 16 peoples come from Kolkata India for annual conference. Here is so much nice property we enjoying lots at Swimming pool . Secinic beauty , see the sea always , rooms and pool so much nice also clean. Safety and Security is so much good we are not facing any problems during our staying. Service Boys always active day to night just waiting for one call. Shopping, Bazar, 7/11 , restaurant is so near just walk-in distance . Property Owener Mr Dilon sir is so much and nice soft word we are not fell we out of india , felling always we r in home . Rooms and Bathrooms are so clean we are not worry. I recommend this property for staying at Phuket this is the best property, If I will come again staying my home a the Step 23 property. Ashis kumar Das

This is an absolutely perfect place to stay, the kind you take and send photos to friends right when you arrive. There is a service to get you up the hill which is great and everyone is very friendly. Penny is amazing and while we did not need her much, she was always very reactive. I can't imagine staying anywhere else the next time we come here.

The accommodation is truly unique and amazing. One of a kind. It was the gem in the crown of our amazing holiday. Joy was super helpful every single day and felt like family. We hope to be back!

We had a great time at Henri's place. Everything was exactly as described. We were positively surprised by the sound system by the pool - it was easy to play music from a smartphone once connected to the wifi network.

This villa was perfect for our group of five! The property was immaculately clean throughout, and the owner was super responsive, answering questions instantly. We loved the sparkling, well-maintained swimming pool – a real highlight. Crucially, it had all the amenities we needed – comfortable space, enough bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and strong AC. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice stay at this expansive villa in the Kamala area of Phuket. The listing was very comfortable and looked just like the photos. It was easy to get around Phuket via Grab and also get food delivery at the villa. Having purified drinking water access points at different floors of the property was also very convenient. We arrived quite late due to our flight timing and the Host was able to let us do self check in (although the villa is a bit hard to find for the first time at night, so if you check in late, it may be worth arranging an airport transfer directly with the Host). The pool was super nice, especially in the afternoons and we loved that there were toys and floats on the property, so we didn't have to bring our own. Our only (small) challenge was the daily call to prayer woke up the light sleepers in our family at an early hour each day. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay!

First of all our host Cookie was exceptional! Extremely helpful and responsive to all our queries. Staff and concierge were also amazing. Villa was kept tidy and cleaned each day would highly recommend. Views for our stay were spectacular and overlooking Patong, will definitely be back next time we visit!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Natural Park Villa, our villa located in a very peaceful and private area, surrounded by great green mountains which allowed us to enjoy our vacation and wishing not to leave the place. The villa was clean and well organized in a very luxurious way Mrs. Paula made our stay much easier by her consistent help, communication and availability for any queries The cleaners team ( Mrs. Paula’s housemaids) was very friendly and polite We appreciate your efforts Thanks 🙏

Exceptional service. The staff were extremely responsive and helpful at all hours and very kind and friendly. The place was spotless upon arrival and cleaned daily with fresh towels for every room. Felt right at home and very safe, within a gated and guarded complex. Very good layout, comfortable beds, cosy but also lots of space, very well maintained overall. Loved our stay and we were very impressed with everything. Highly recommend. Will be returning for sure.

Beautiful villa with stunning views, immaculate interiors and peaceful surroundings—an unforgettable stay. Highly recommended for relaxation! Very spacious and Host is very responsive!! Enjoyed this a-lot, definitely will come next time also.

Gilles’s place was clean and the private pool was amazing. The beds were all so comfortable and plenty of extra bedding in the cupboards.

I had a great stay at Mendy’s place! The house was beautiful, very well looked after, and in a great location close to everything and easy to get around. Mendy was incredibly helpful with everything we needed, whether it was arranging bike rentals, recommending restaurants, or answering any questions we had. He really went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be staying at Mendy’s place again the next time I visit! Let me know if you’d like a version that’s more casual or formal.

Great villa, very homely the host is one of the easiest to communicate with. The photos do not do it justice (Don, put better photos up!) location was great, very private in a private estate, 7/11 and mini C walkable, uo the street from Magical Carnival…great experience for our daughter. We rented scooters which got us to beach in 3 mins, we could walk through the night market to beach in around 15 mins. Tuk-tuk to and from was around 200 baht each way. Kamala itself is a great little spot outside of the noise of Patong….much more authentic experience. Couldn't recommend this Villa and Host enough If we ever come back past Phuket we would love to stay again. Home away from home feeling.
