Probably the best apartment I have ever rented. So peaceful, in the middle of the jungle. The apartment is modern and super clean. The AC works perfectly. The only minor issue was with the gym that has a lot of out of order equipments. Apart from that, Beata has been a great host, I really recommend !

Riya is the best host, always very responsive, was in touch and answered any questions. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a long stay. Good internet. There are changeable towels, the right utensils for cooking and all appliances. I recommend this apartment for booking.

I had an amazing experience staying at Phyll Phuket Condo! The apartment was exactly as described in the photos super clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything was well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. A special thank you to Peter, the host, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. He even arranged a late check-out, which made my departure much more convenient. His hospitality truly enhanced the experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable, stylish, and hassle-free stay in Phuket, I highly recommend this place! Would definitely book again.

Yao was a very attentive host who was responsive to our needs. The place itself is a great space, situated about 10 minutes away from the main Patong strip. It offers the right amount of accessibility to such areas whilst being far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Very spacious apartment. When checking in, just be mindful that you'll likely be taking your taxi to the 'Baycliff Residence' which is the drop off point, however you won't necessarily be staying in that place. The entrance is on the left side (if facing the Baycliff in front of you). I would definitely return. Thanks Yao

Хорошо провели две недели. В квартире большая влажность, но есть устройство которое очищает воздух и собирает влагу. Квартира нуждается в небольшом косметическом ремонте. В остальном все было хорошо. На территории есть сауна. До спортивного зала нужно добираться по резкой горке, пешком туда ходить тяжело. В целом мне все понравилось.

Séjour incroyable ! Le logement était totalement conforme à mes attentes, avec en bonus un hôte exceptionnel, très réactif aussi bien pour la maintenance que pour les conseils d’excursions. Sa maîtrise du français et de l’anglais a grandement facilité mon séjour, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable pour un petit Français comme moi ! Je recommande à 100 %. L’appartement est spacieux, avec une grande pièce à vivre, une vaste terrasse, et l’accès à de nombreux services sur place : salle de sport, piscines, petits-déjeuners, room service (moyennant supplément sur place). Les taxis ou autres moyens de transport arrivent rapidement pour un tarif moyen de 200 bahts afin de rejoindre le centre. Pour un séjour au calme, dans un cadre naturel et ressourçant, je recommande sans hésiter !

we had a nice stay at the Appartement. It has a lot storage room so you can unpack all your bags and it is definitly good for a long time stay. Every room has an aircondition and big TVs with netflix. Unfortunately the cleaning Lady seemed to have a bad day before our arrival because there was dust in almost all corners of every room and the drawers/closets were dusty (so Inhad to Clean it before putting our clean cloths in it) and there was hair in the bathroom and one the toilet. For our Kids (3 and 6years) it was too far to walk to the beach because it was too hot and they are lazy and there are no sidewalks 😅. adults can walk to the beach. we usually took a Taxi which was Like 200baht. there are 2 Pools and 2 gyms in the condo which are great and we had a Lot of fun in the Pool😄. there is a Restaurant in the complex which is Open Till 5 or 5:30pm where you can get breakfast, ice cream and Thai food. the 7 eleven is only a 5min walk away 👍🏻

Stunning 2 bedroom 1 bath condo in excellent condition. Exactly as seen in the photos. Majestic views of the Mountains from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Listen to the birds singing in the morning. Junaid and his team are very good hosts and helpful. Very well equipped kitchen and fast internet. Nice black out curtains throughout. Excellent 55” TV with Netflix and reclining sofas. Great 20 meter lap pool. Nice gym and other smaller pool. 45 stairs from the parking lot to the front door. Light sleepers my be awaken at 5:30 a.m. by the local Mosque - call to prayer. Highly recommend to everyone. Five star Hosts and Condo !

Very quiet, secluded, spacious and comfortable living space. Mountain living as it should be. Beautiful! Not close to the beach, but that’s the point... Hourly shuttles are provided to the beach or town, and motorcycle rentals are easy and inexpensive. Wonderful blend of proximity to the beach while providing peace and quiet! Access to two good gyms and three beautiful pools. Recommended!

Evgeny's apartment is in a great location in Phuket Patong area. Lots of local restaurants, large shopping centre nearby (Jungceylon and Central), 5 mins to Bangla road, 10 mins to the beach. Clear communication, a safe apartment block too. Definitely recommended.

The host is totally unresponsive, whether in airbnb or on call. He doesn’t answer the call at all. Secondly I face a problem at check in I have to wait but most importantly I face problems while checkout they were asking for electricity bill which I agree that it’s upto the guest but they were asking for 10 baht per unit whereas the official Thai government rate is around 4.18 baht per unit which they the host don’t have any right to charge more than what’s the officials are charging. Every one has an equal rate in that electricity units decided by the respective government. But they we’re just denying to accept it which is totally not acceptable from guests. Otherwise place is superb, private, peaceful, luxurious & excellent. The host is also great but yeah I mentioned what problem I faced.

I stayed 4 nights here and it was extremely comfortable. Quick walk to the waterfall and plenty of local places to eat. A/C worked perfectly. Everything you need is there! Thank you again Jommie for sharing your home.

We absolutely loved our stay here for the last 4 days; only wish we could stay for longer. The host and team were incredibly efficient and helpful from the very beginning, including airport pick up despite our late arrival. The house is large, spacious, clean. The team were never too far away if we needed anything and very helpful and responsive via group chat. We were proactively offered a late check out due to the next guests arriving late which made for a very pleasant last day by the pool. We also enjoyed using the outdoor BBQ/kitchen area with some local fish from the seafood market we took from the hosts’ extensive list of recommendations. We truly just loved this stay. Seamless and easy. Thank you Benoit and Julian, hope to be back soon.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

We had a wonderful stay at Rawai Villas and felt completely at home! The house is stylishly furnished, very clean, and the private pool is truly a highlight. The cleaning service twice a week was a big plus – everything was always spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV, which made our stay very comfortable. The house is a little older, and some small updates could be made, but that’s really just nitpicking on a very high level. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would love to come back. Victor was a great host – responsive, helpful, and welcoming.

I had an absolutely delightful Chinese New Year holiday at Tara's house. The house is beautifully designed and truly a dream home for me. Tara was incredibly thoughtful by preparing New Year decorations for us after learning that we were celebrating Chinese New Year there. Every facility in the house was complete, making our holiday extremely enjoyable. To our great surprise, Tara arranged for a housekeeper every day to tidy up the rooms and do our laundry. This is the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in.
