Great house and location.

Super nahe an der Stadt Pa Tong, bezaubernde Lage und viele Bäume und Pflanzen auf der ganzen Anlage. Teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt- wir haben nochmal kurzfristig verlängert und alles hat gut funktioniert.

Amazing villa! Extremely clean, beautifully presented, and very quiet and relaxing. The property is very well maintained, with the pool being spotless and cleaned daily. мы с семьёй приехали на Пхукет на месяц, проживали у Günter несколько дней сначала, уже отзыв писал недавно про это и после переселились в другое жилье, но решили вернуться в этот дом, увидели свободные даты у Günter и не пожалели. Отличное место, все прекрасно, спасибо хозяину ещё раз, очень отзывчивый, после первого нашего заселения написали в пожеланиях, что хорошо было бы установить wifi , но не обязательно и когда мы вернулись Günter установил wifi :) Очень тихое спокойное место , от пляжа не далеко, рядом есть магазины и рестораны. спасибо ещё раз!

Our stay here was wonderful. The villa had all the amenities and was walking distance to everything in Patong. The pool was also awesome and had lots of use. It was amazing

JM a été un hôte très accueillant et réactif dès notre arrivée. Il nous a accueilli dès notre sortie du taxi et a su répondre à toutes nos questions concernant les alentours. Grâce à lui, nous avons pu avoir de bonnes adresses et de bons conseils pour les visites. Endroit paisible où il y fait bon vivre au coeur de la nature. La villa correspond entièrement à sa description et elle est très spacieuse. Je recommande JM et ses villas à toute personne qui souhaitera réserver ici.

지금까지 경험한 에어비앤비 중 단연 최고!! 태국에서 버스 예약에 문제가 생겼을 때, 호스트가 직접 여행사까지 데려가 도움을 주셨고, 아픈 일행을 위해 체크아웃 시간을 조정해주고 인근 호텔까지 알아봐 주신 점 깊이 감사드립니다. 넓고 청결하며 매우 조용해 편안한 휴식을 취할 수 있었고, 가격은 매우 합리적이었습니다. 호스트와의 소통은 빠르고 정확했으며 영어소통 완벽! 빠통비치에서 도보 10분이고, 주변에 좋은 식당들이 많아 식사도 만족! 여행에서 숙소가 얼마나 중요한지 다시 느끼게 해준 곳입니다. 푸켓에 다시 오면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶습니다. 강력 추천! This was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. When we had trouble with our bus booking in Thailand, the host personally took us to the agency and helped resolve the issue. One of our friends also fell ill, and the host kindly allowed a late checkout and even found a nearby hotel for rest—thank you so much for the care. The house was spacious, spotless, and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. Despite having the whole house, the price was very reasonable. Communication was quick, clear, and in perfect English. The location was excellent—just a 10-minute walk to Patong Beach, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. This stay reminded me how important a good accommodation

Die Unterkunft war klasse. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war hervorragend. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Der einzige Nachteil waren die Stufen bis zur Unterkunft, die können bei der Hitze schon herausfordernd sein. Man überlegt schon zweimal ob man vom Pool hochgeht oder direkt zum 7eleven. Also nichts für Menschen mit einer Behinderung. Für uns war es ein gutes Training 🤣🤭. Ich kann als Urlauber diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und möchte mich nochmal auf diesem Weg für die tolle Unterkunft bedanken.

Ездили компанией из 6 человек, вилла на очень понравилась, есть все необходимое. Кровати удобные, чистое пастельное белье, свежий ремонт. Бассейн всегда был чистый, из него хороший вид на окрестности. В каждом номере свой отдельный балкон со столом и стульями. Общение с хозяйкой было приятным, трансфер до вилы был бесплатным, а также разрешила выехать позднее, в связи с вечерним вылетом. Уборка была качественная, хозяйка уточнила удобное для нас время и дни уборки. Стоит учитывать, что подъем к вилле с горкой, но нам это не помешало. Спасибо за все, надеемся еще увидимся.

The accommodation is truly unique and amazing. One of a kind. It was the gem in the crown of our amazing holiday. Joy was super helpful every single day and felt like family. We hope to be back!

Ons verblijf in deze Airbnb in Phuket was fantastisch! Vanaf het moment van boeken tot het einde van ons verblijf verliep alles soepel dankzij de duidelijke en vriendelijke communicatie van de host. Bij aankomst werden we aangenaam verrast met snacks en drankjes in de woning, een hartelijk welkom na een lange reis. De woning zelf was schoon en goed onderhouden. Extra fijn was dat we zelf konden aangeven hoe vaak we de woning schoongemaakt wilden hebben, wat een luxe! De host was altijd bereikbaar en reageerde snel op al onze vragen, wat zorgde voor een zorgeloos verblijf. Hun vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid maakten echt een verschil. Kortom, een uitstekende ervaring en we zouden deze Airbnb zeker aanraden aan anderen die Phuket willen bezoeken!

Кухня оснащена бытовой техникой и большим набором посуды, это удобно для тех, кто любит готовить, рядом находятся продуктовые магазины и рынки, где можно купить все, что нужно. Елена всегда на связи и помогает решить вопросы, связанные с жильем, шопингом и пр. Удобное бесконтактное заселение в любое время суток. Понравилось, что вилла находится в закрытом охраняемом ЖК, где нет посторонних и очень тихо. Бассейн разделен на две зоны - можно купаться даже с очень маленькими детьми.

I had a great stay at Mendy’s place! The house was beautiful, very well looked after, and in a great location close to everything and easy to get around. Mendy was incredibly helpful with everything we needed, whether it was arranging bike rentals, recommending restaurants, or answering any questions we had. He really went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be staying at Mendy’s place again the next time I visit! Let me know if you’d like a version that’s more casual or formal.

We were greeted by gorgeous cats and the caretakers Zoe and Tza (adorable guys). Check-in was simple, and the apartment was even lovely in person. Everything was readily available. I enjoyed the sunset point. Staff assisted us with moving in and booking our tours. Overall, we never had to worry about anything. The restaurant next to the villa serves excellent food; we never had to worry about having food delivered from elsewhere; they produce meals that tastes better than some of Patong's finest restaurants. We are 16 peoples come from Kolkata India for annual conference. Here is so much nice property we enjoying lots at Swimming pool . Secinic beauty , see the sea always , rooms and pool so much nice also clean. Safety and Security is so much good we are not facing any problems during our staying. Service Boys always active day to night just waiting for one call. Shopping, Bazar, 7/11 , restaurant is so near just walk-in distance . Property Owener Mr Dilon sir is so much and nice soft word we are not fell we out of india , felling always we r in home . Rooms and Bathrooms are so clean we are not worry. I recommend this property for staying at Phuket this is the best property, If I will come again staying my home a the Step 23 property. Ashis kumar Das

Malgré une cote un peu difficile pour accéder au logement, celui-ci était conforme à la description, bien équipé, très agréable et calme avec une très belle vue sur la ville et la baie. Ayant répondu à nos attentes, je le relouerai à l'occasion.

Nice clean bungalow with air-conditioning. Good place to stay away from any hustle and bustle.

The stay was very comfortable. This place was neat and clean. The pool was an added bonus. Met eduard at the checkout time, he is really humble and down to earth. We requested last min extension for 3 hours extra as we had an infant with us to which he agreed without even charging a penny. Thank you for the amazing stay :)
