Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Katastari

Excellent stay for the few days we had left at the end of a 3 week holiday. Very convenient for plenty of shops, bars and eating places. Very convenient for the airport of course as you can tell by the location. Obviously there is noise from the airport but it is excellent if you like to get close to planes landing and taking off - like I do. Note, there is no noise overnight as the planes stop. The family running the accommodation were great. We were given a traditional Greek dish from Spiros mum which was delicious. Not only were the family friendly, so was their playful (big) labrador. Don't worry if you don't like dogs - he only visits guests who like him! We even got a free lift to the airport when it was time to go. Well recommended!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation war sehr nett und hilfreich. Die Lage ist auch sehr praktisch im Zentrum mit vielen Läden und Restaurants um die Ecke. Abends war es dadurch nur manchmal etwas schwer, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Nagyon jó döntés volt ezt a szállást választani! A város szélén található, így csendes, de pár perc alatt elérhetőek a boltok, éttermek, központ és a strand is! :) Bármikor kérhetünk segítséget és nagyon barátságosak és kedvesek a házigazdák! :)

Mijn dochter en ik hebben genoten van een heerlijk verblijf in de studio van de zeer vriendelijke Nadia en haar echtgenoot. De studio was erg ruim, comfortabel en gezellig ingericht met verschillende zitjes voor buiten. De studio is gelegen in een rustige omgeving en heeft een prachtige tuin die met zorg wordt onderhouden! De communicatie met Nadia en haar echtgenoot verliep erg soepel en de tips van Nadia over de omgeving zijn zeer waardevol. Een hele fijne plek om te verblijven!

As we arrived in the dark, Konstantinos waited at the airport to guide us to the apartment. We got many local recommendations. We stayed for a week and had the possibility to get our lines changed halfway through our stay if necessary. The apartment had everything needed and was close to some beaches and restaurants by car. All in all, he went out of his way to make our stay perfect.

What a wonderful place! The owners are absolutely lovely people who gave us such a warm welcome. We had a barbecue every day, the pool was always clean, and the apartment was spotless with everything you need for daily living. The view of the sea from the balcony in the morning is simply breathtaking. Our vacation is rated 1000000/10 ❤️ It was an amazing time, and if we could, we would stay even longer! We wholeheartedly recommend this place – it's truly worth visiting!

I honestly don’t think I have enough words to describe my stay at this amazing place. From the very first moment, Fani made me feel completely at home. The apartment has everything you could possibly need—from toiletries and kitchenware to thoughtful little touches. She even left me some olive oil from her dad’s small farm, which was such a lovely surprise! The WiFi works well, and if you’re lucky—like I was—Fani might even become your friend. She’s always available to help, and she also offers her guests great deals on island tours. As a local, her recommendations are truly spot-on. Fani isn’t just a great host—she’s a wonderful person. Honestly, I feel like I paid almost nothing for the level of service I received. The apartment is very spacious, and you definitely won’t regret staying here.

Muy buen alojamiento calidad-precio. Está situado en medio de la calle principal por lo que hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca. El alojamiento estaba limpio y ordenado y el anfitrión dejó las instrucciones para acceder claras. La cocina/salón era muy amplia y la terraza también.

The villa is beautiful and in a lovely quiet location within 15 minute walk to nearest shops,bars and restaurants. We loved the pool and patio areas with it being so clean. Stathis was very helpful with organising our transfers and quad bike hire. We will definitely be returning very soon!

Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit! Die Unterkunft war super sauber und ordentlich, da gab’s nichts zu meckern. Auch wenn die Einrichtung schon etwas älter ist, hat es total viel Charme, irgendwie gemütlich und heimelig. Jeden Morgen wurde der Müll mitgenommen, der Pool gereinigt und die Handtücher wurden regelmäßig ausgetauscht, echt top Service! Die Putzkraft war mega freundlich und hat einen tollen Job gemacht. Denise, unsere Gastgeberin, war einfach klasse, super sympathisch und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Sie hat uns mit den besten Tipps versorgt, was man in der Nähe machen kann und wo es gutes Essen gibt. das war sehr hilfreich! Die Lage fanden wir auch richtig gut: ein kleines, ruhiges Dorf, total idyllisch, aber trotzdem so gelegen, dass man alles schnell erreicht. Für uns genau die richtige Mischung aus entspannt und zentral. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft von Herzen weiter! ♥️

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Superbe séjour dans cette jolie maison. Terrasse, très agréable avec vue mer que nous avons beaucoup apprécié durant les petits déjeuners et les soirées. Maison très bien équipée. Propriétaires aux petits soins : leurs produits du jardin nous ont permis de réaliser une excellente ratatouille !!

Georgia ist einer der nettesten Menschen dem ich in meinem Leben begegnet bin , Ich durfte sie mittlerweile meine Freundin nennen! Sie war immer schnell erreichbar , hat mir immer geholfen, hat immer nachgefragt ob ich was brauche... Ich durfte auch ihre wunderbare Familie besuchen , einfach höfliche süße Menschen:) Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben , hat alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt , ist sehr sauber und ist ruhig ... Ist in einem kleinem Dorf (Exo Chora) mit sehr netten Leuten.... Man braucht aber unbedingt ein Auto um die Umgebung zu erkunden! Und immer Georgia fragen bevor man losfährt und in irgendwas reinfällt , sie kennt nämlich die besten Orten in Insel .... Ich würde definitiv zu 100% nochmal hinfliegen...

We were very lucky to stumble across this tranquil villa. From requesting to book to the point of checking out, Savvina was very helpful and swift with replying, with some great suggestions to certain things we wished to do. We were met by mama nena on arrival who showed us around the villa and made us very welcome, with the added kindness of some lovely homemade produce, the following day we were totally spoilt with the arrival of a delicious pie. The villa was in a quiet area, which we were looking for, with a very short drive to the nearest beaches/taverners. We took in some beautiful sunsets and an amazing sunrise at the villa. We most definately would return, the whole trip was a great success. A big thank you from myself and Gwen

Wir waren das erste Mal in Kefalonia und sind von der Insel begeistert. Von der Unterkunft genau so. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet. Findet man nicht unbedingt in anderen Unterkünften, wo Teller und Gläser abgezählt sind. Wir waren angenehm überrascht, dass im Kühlschrank nicht nur eine Flasche Wasser, sondern auch selbstgemachte Limonade und Wassermelone zu finden war. Wir durften Orangen vom Baum pflücken und uns Saft pressen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse hat uns umgehauen. Phantastischer Blick aufs Meer. Wir hatten das Glück Emmanouella Maria‘s Mutter kennenzulernen. Eine wunderbare Frau, die sich mit der Familie um das Anwesen kümmert und uns auch Ausflugs-Tipps gegeben hat. Besonders ihren geliebten Berg Enos im Naturschutzgebiet (1628 m), den man von der Unterkunft aus sehen kann. Der Ausflug war toll, danach sahen wir den Berg mit anderen Augen. Wer den Wunsch nach Ruhe & Entspannung hat, ist hier genau richtig. Aktivitäten schließen sich nicht aus

We had a great time with Stavros and Sofia. The place is beautiful. The views over the sea on the terrasse are stunning. It felt very private, nontheless Stavros was always close for any requests (for example, providing an umbrella for the beach). The apartment was very adequate and we spent great 9 nights here. There are great beaches nearby (although you need a car), and its a good base to explore the island. An absolute gem and we would fully recommend it to anyone!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sie war sauber und Andreas hat schnell reagiert als wir ein WiFi Problem hatten. Wie in Zakynthos üblich, musste man das Toilettenpapier in den Müll werfen.

Ons bezoek aan Zakynthos begin oktober leverde ons enerzijds wat meer bewolking, een beetje regen en gesloten locaties op het eiland op. Maar tegelijkertijd nu een rustig eiland met alle ruimte om de PRACHTIGE zee te bewonderen en te genieten van de het ZALIGE eten en de FANTASTISCHE mensen. Ons verblijf in Lofos Soilis maakte de droom compleet. Het appartement ruim, werd iedere dag schoongemaakt en we hadden de beste, met uitzicht op zee vanuit de voordeur! Dionysia was ongelooflijk aardig, zeer flexibel in check-in en check-uit en gaf goede tips over wat te doen op het eiland. Wij gaan bij een volgend bezoek aan Zakynthos zeker weer terug naar Lofos Soilis!

Notre séjour chez Tasos et son épouse Sinead s’est très bien passé et a été au delà de nos attentes . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié : - La proximité immédiate avec les plages et le centre de Kalamaki (tout est à 5 minutes). - toutes les bonnes surprises fournies et que nous n’avions pas forcément identifiées à la lecture de l’annonce : linge de plage et de maison fourni en quantité, passage d’une femme de ménage tous les 3 ou 4 jours , provisions de première nécessité fournies pour les premiers jours …. - la réactivité ultra rapide des hôtes à la moindre question / demande : « aussitôt dit , aussitôt fait ! » . - l’organisation de la maison qui a été pensée dans les moindres détails et qui donne l’impression que « tout est simple » ! Nous sommes également des super hôtes Airbnb et nous avons pu apprécier tout le travail , l’engagement et la passion que Tasos et Sinead ont mis dans leurs différents logements Airbnb avec l’obsession de toujours fournir le meilleur service.

Rania war eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Person. Sie war immer interessiert ob alles in Ordnung sei oder ob wir was brauchen. Für twei Personen ohne grosse Anforderungen ist das Studio Ideal. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig aber trotzdem zentral. Es hat eine Treppe zum Studio aber sehr gut zugänglich. Danke Rania, Gerne wieder.

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay in Ammoudi. Both Aggeliki and her brother Alexis were friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for a relaxed stay and the poolside bar and restaurant had a great menu at very reasonable prices. The whole week was relaxing and that had a lot to do with the way Aggeliki manages her place. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again.

Accoglienza eccellente di Spyros e la moglie, con frutti coltivati da loro e bevande già in frigo. La vista dalla stanza è mozzafiato su tutta la città di Zante. La zona è molto tranquilla ed è facilmente raggiungibile, inoltre ottima posizione per gli spostamenti. Pulizie fatte perfettamente ogni due giorni.

Maria was super lovely and welcoming. Amazing communication and wonderful host. She helped with booking a taxi and gave us a local recommendation as well as letting us checkin early and stay at the pool after checkout so we didn’t have to wait with our bags in Keri for hours. Also very cute dogie

The apartment was very clean and we received great assistance from the host. Clean soave, equipped with all the necessary stuff
