Holiday rentals with beach access in Kastellorizo

It was a wonderful holiday, everything was perfect, the view was legendary

A nice place to relax during our stay in Kaş. The host was very helpful and even allowed us to stay an extra night when our plans changed. A nice roomy kitchen area and double room but the twin room was quite small to share with two people .

If you have the opportunity to stay here -- book it! I stayed for 12 days and enjoyed every minute. The bed was super comfortable, the view is stunning and it never gets old. The furniture was new and comfortable. I had plenty of hot water and loved the large shower. There are small markets and a couple restaurants a short walk up the hill. The bus is directly across the driveway and cost just $.75 USD to get into the city and stops about every 20 minutes. The kitchen is super well stocked. Tolga was so helpful. He helped me get groceries when I arrived and covered the balance when I didn't have enough cash, until I was able to pay him back. He also brought me cash for the bus when I needed to get to town to an ATM. In addition, when I checked out to go to a hotel in the city for the second half of my stay in Kas, he ordered a taxi for me and even greeted me when I arrived at the hotel. This is, by far, my most favorite airbnb to date. I will stay here again if I return to Kas.

A great apartment to spend your vacation in the town of Kaş. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We spent a week there and would happily come back again. We had amazing dinners on the balcony with a breathtaking sunset view. The host was very kind. I can definitely recommend this place! One important point that could affect your trip — this apartment, like many others in the area, is located on a hill. It might be difficult for elderly people or those with excess weight to reach this location from the town center. But if you’re up for it, you’ll be rewarded with a stunning view from your apartment.

The house was extremely clean. We paid extra attention because we had a baby. Really every need we could think of at home was considered. (basic necessities such as spare garbage bags, detergents, tea and sugar) The view of the house is already great, there was everything to be comfortable on the balcony ( sun loungers, clean towels, table) 5-10 minutes walk to the center, which we were very comfortable because it allowed you to walk around Kaş without looking for a parking space. The stay was fantastic. We felt very comfortable and right at home. The location couldn't be more perfect. You can just walk down to the most scenic area of Kas. The apartment was very spacious and had all required amenities. Providing water cooler was a very nice addition. Except for slightly reduced water pressure when both bathrooms were in use, I couldn't find a single fault with the place.

Great welcome. Very available and friendly host. The property is impeccable and very well maintained. Very well equipped. The host gave us some Turkish coffee to taste and recommended a place to buy it.

We had a very pleasant 3 days in the villa. We can say that it is a comfortable and very clean place where all needs are considered. If you are looking for a holiday where you can feel special and enjoy nature and silence, you can easily choose it. If you don't have a private vehicle, it will be difficult to reach the villa, but it is close to holiday resorts, beaches and historical places that can be seen in the vicinity. We were very pleased, and we would like to thank Mr. Hasan for his sincere communication.

Everything was great - small issue finding villa as we had english name for villa and signage was in Turkish. Otherwise any issues we had were quickly resolved and we enjoyed a very relaxing 10 days. An easy stroll into Kalkan and very close to all the beach clubs.

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The location is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by olive trees, with a stunning view of the sea. It’s incredibly peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. At night, you can see so many stars — it’s magical. This was our first visit to Kalkan and staying in a villa. We went with three adult children. Everyone had their own room with a wonderful view. The villa is well appointed, everywhere was very clean. The main living area is a wonderful social space. The pool was a bit chilly but we were there early in the season. We loved it.

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

twice during the summer we spent time at Mavi inci, and we would have come again

everything was as shown in the photo. The host was very interested. We loved that there was something to eat at home. We had a smooth communication. We had a very pleasant holiday. The only problem is that there are no mosquito nets in the house.

We had a pleasant stay at Hayri's place, and we couldn't have asked for a better host. Hayri's warm and friendly welcome during check-in immediately made us feel at home. He took the time to give us a detailed tour of the house, which we appreciated. The location of the property was exactly as described in the listing. Having our own car made it convenient to explore the town and its surroundings. However, it's important to note that Hayri's place is situated in the elevated part of town. While this provides scenic views, it might require a bit of effort if you plan to walk back to the house, especially for those who prefer a flat terrain. Overall, our stay was comfortable, and we found the accommodation to be well-maintained. If you're looking for a welcoming host and don't mind the uphill walk, Hayri's place is a good choice for your stay.

We’ve sadly just finished our stay in Minerva. It was the perfect base for our family of four (two teenage daughters). The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and more, including a water cooler which was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the pool was our own. As stated, the accommodation is a short walk to the town centre, but has plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants even closer - it couldn’t have been better. It’s situated on a small side road so as well as being close to amenities, it’s blissfully quiet and private. In he whole, the experience with Jane and Minerva was faultless and our stay in Kalkan felt like a comfortable, sunny home from home.

Şakir was a great host. The apartment was in great condition with 5 pools, so you could always decide where to swim. The apartment is well equipped, you had everything you need to live, such as an iron or other everyday things, and the apartment was very central to the city center. Şakir continued to provide us with a lot of food which was not agreed upon before. The sea was also very close to the apartment and you were there in about 5 minutes. All in all had a great time.
