Apartment holiday rentals in Kastellorizo

Wonderful! The beautiful view you see in the photos is absolutely true. The apartment is attractive, clean, and peaceful, with a comfortable bed, good shower, well stocked kitchen, and the washer works great. It's a short walk to a good grocery store, lots of restaurants, etc. On top of all that, the thoughtful, friendly host, Hafize, is amazing. She brought us Turkish dishes to try (delicious!), and she responded right away when we had a question. Overall she made us feel very welcome not only in her lovely apartment but in the charming town of Kalkan. My husband and I travel a lot and have stayed in a lot of AirBnBs, and this one is something very special.

Ayhan’s apartment was beautiful and as described. It had all we could possibly need. A real home from home. The view from the balcony was incredible! My daughters and I had a wonderful time and would certainly highly recommend this as a place to stay. Ayhan was very responsive to any questions we had. Only downsides were the 1:1 hills to walk back to the apartment after the beach although taxis were reasonably priced and then 4 flights of stairs up. I’m certainly fitter! Also the Wi-Fi wasn’t amazing and only really worked well in the living room.

If you have the opportunity to stay here -- book it! I stayed for 12 days and enjoyed every minute. The bed was super comfortable, the view is stunning and it never gets old. The furniture was new and comfortable. I had plenty of hot water and loved the large shower. There are small markets and a couple restaurants a short walk up the hill. The bus is directly across the driveway and cost just $.75 USD to get into the city and stops about every 20 minutes. The kitchen is super well stocked. Tolga was so helpful. He helped me get groceries when I arrived and covered the balance when I didn't have enough cash, until I was able to pay him back. He also brought me cash for the bus when I needed to get to town to an ATM. In addition, when I checked out to go to a hotel in the city for the second half of my stay in Kas, he ordered a taxi for me and even greeted me when I arrived at the hotel. This is, by far, my most favorite airbnb to date. I will stay here again if I return to Kas.

нам с друзьями очень понравились ~10 дней что мы тут провели. в доме есть две спальни с удобными кроватями но самое классное (с моей точки зрения) это просторная кухня-гостинная с телевизором где мы каждый вечер смотрели youtube и пили турецкий чай =) аппартаменты находятся достаточно далеко от центра и добираться пешком может быть сложно/долго но в таком случае выручает автобус который регулярно ходит из центра города

В жилье было всё настолько идеально, будто оно было сделано для себя!! Каждая мелочь продумана до малейшей детали, сами апартаменты очень большие, классный балкон, было крайне приятно там находиться всё время и не хотелось уезжать, огромное спасибо за гостеприимство и любезность. Посреди природы, тихо, красиво, отдалённо. Небольшие минусы: очень плохой wi-fi и мечеть является соседним зданием. В остальном это совершенно точно идеальное жильё, одно из лучших, где я бывала.

Thanks to Nursen, we had a wonderful stay in Kaş. The place was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, and in the perfect location. Nursen was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

It was a pleasure staying at Sefa's place. Sefa was super helpful and answered all our questions. The place was super clean and just as shown in the pictures. Walkable distance to few nice restaurants and grocery stores. Also a great view from the balcony. We'll definitely stay here when we are Kas again.

A wonderful little holiday in Kastellorizo, the apartment of Christos is very nice and well located, just a few steps from Kastellorizo's Harbour with its restaurants, a supermarket around the corner and a bakery. Just be aware that the apartment location in the Airbnb map might not be 100% correct (at least that happened to me when I was there in May 2025) but no worries, Christos and Alexandra are super reactive in helping you out with the check-in providing also precious information about the island. I loved it!

Place nice host is excellent it was overpriced as an accommodation. I find everything very overpriced in this island. Just because it is an island and you like to go and support to community’s but prices are opportunistic.

Моя семья провела в квартире 2 недели. Это было очень приятное время! Квартира небольшая, но просторная. Нам вчетвером было комфортно. Из окон видно море. Вокруг дома фруктовый сад со всем разнообразием средиземноморских деревьев. Гамака мы не нашли и садовая мебель уже не похожа на фото, но это не испортило впечатлений. Прекрасная терраса, на которой круглосуточно вас будет освежать приятный ветерок. Рекомендуем это жилье, тем, кто любит загородную расслабленную атмосферу. Лучше приезжать сюда на машине. Тогда для вас не будет проблемой добраться до пляжей, магазинов и достопримечательностей. Рядом с домом есть песчаный пляж с долгим заходом в воду, галечный пляж, можно доехать до красивых бухт и Каша, Калкана. В местном порту мы встретили множество огромных черепах. Рынок в Демре работает ежедневно. Там вы найдёте фрукты, овощи, морепродукты. Хозяева очень предупредительны и отзывчивы! Всегда были на связи и решали возникшие вопросы быстро. Спасибо!

Eve inanılmaz derecede temizdi. Bir evde olması gereken her şey ve fazlası mevcut. Şehre sadece 5 KM uzaklıkta ve 500 metre mesafede plaj var. Türkiye'de kaldığım AirBnb evleri içerisinde en en iyisi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

We stayed at Buket's place for a week and we enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave. The apartment has a wonderful balcony with a jacuzzi which you could sit and look at an amazing view of the bay surrounded by snow capped mountains. The apartment has everything we needed and was very comfortable except the bed was a little hard for us. Buket communicated very effectively although we didn't meet her, we were fortunate to meet her charming father and her beautiful mother. We both loved Kalkan and hopefully one day we will return to stay at Buket's beautiful apartment.

We stayed as a family of 4 adults for 7 nights in this beautiful apartment with the most amazing view! Easy to communicate and book from Australia and when you walk inside you will immediately notice how clean & comfortable the apartment is. We ate in every night and had all we needed to cook/prepare meals. Washing machine is very useful & you have a big fridge for food & drinks which can be hard to come by in other properties. Adam, Sumeyra's dad was so lovely, happy and friendly, also very caring about our experience. Great location between Kaş and Kalkan and there's a small market about 1km from the apartment that sells bread, drinks, beers and other basics. There is a Migros very close too with reasonable prices. Kaputaş Plaji is 5 mins drive...best of both worlds! We would absolutely stay here again. There are about 15 or so steps to reach the apartment but our 78 and 79yo mothers managed no problem. Fantastic value!!! Thankyou Sumeyra and Adam

Cleopatra picked us up at the port by car and drove us to the beautiful apartment right above the sea. Few minutes walk from the harbour but still in a very private zone. Very clean apartment with private access to the beautiful sea of Kastellorizo. Thank you! Hope to come back soooooon

öncelikle meryem hanıma teşekkür ediyoruz. ev tertemizdi. eşimin ince çizgisi çok güzel kokuyordu. fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. tek kusuru biraz tepede ve kırsalda oldugu için arabasız gelecekler biraz zorlanabilir. merkeze uzak değil ama inişli çıkışlı yollar oldugu için zorlanabilirsiniz. evin civarında bi çok market vardı. sıkıntı yaşamadık. havuzu gayet yeterliydi. ev eşyaları yeterli düzeyde ve bilindik markaydı. her iki yatak odasında banyo tuvalet olması büyük rahatlıktı 4 kişi gayet güzel konakladık. tuz kahve sıvıyağ bile vardı. gece domuz ailesi tarafından biz de ziyaret edildik. ilginçti 😄 manzara şahaneydi. memnun kaldık ailecek güzel zaman geçirdik. çıkarken bulduğumuz gibi bırakmaya çalıştık evi

Место, в которое хочется вернуться! Отличная квартира, прекрасные хозяева. Описание и фото полностью соответствуют действительности. Красивые вид с террасы. Нам всё очень понравилось. Единственный небольшой минус — не очень хороший интернет (был нужен для работы).

We stayed in Talat's apartment for 1 week and it was perfect. Talat was easily contactable and responded quickly whenever we had a question or needed help on how to use an appliance. The apartment was clean & homely with modern interior. Decoration was stylish and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast out on the balcony most mornings with a beautiful view, and although there was construction nearby, it was not very disruptive. The area was private & intimate. The neighbours were friendly & welcoming. Within a 10 minute walk from the apartment there are supermarkets & restaurants which served delicious meals for a great price. The town centre is a 5-10 minute drive which was perfect for us. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay here and would stay again if we return. Talat and his wife were great hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aydin's place. Lovely views and a well equipped home with everything you need. Kalkan is also a beautiful area with nice shops and restaurants.

3 yetişkin, 2 çocuk olarak 1 hafta zaman geçirdik. Ev gercekten temizdi, içinde gerekli her şey vardı. havuz kalan misafir sayısına göre gayet yeterliydi. kalkan merkez e yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. çok memnun kaldık, özellikle temizlik ve düzen konusunda çok iyiydi. işletme sahipleri yan tarafta oturduğu için ihtiyacınız olan konularda direkt yardımcı oluyorlar ve ilgililer. tekrar gitmek istiyoruz.

Just returned from a week at Alper’s apartment. The apartment was as described and pictured on the site and was perfect for our needs. The plunge pool on the balcony was what made me book this apartment and was much needed for cool downs during the day if we stayed “home”. I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Kalkan and would recommend it to friends. Alper himself was the perfect host, checking in to see if we needed anything (which we didn’t as all was perfect) but also leaving us to enjoy our holiday. I also arranged our airport transfer via Alper as he runs a very well respected “taxi” company in Kalkan. The driver was on time, the vehicle was spotlessly clean, had WiFi and air conditioning and we were each given a bottle of water as we got in. I cannot fault the Apartment, transfer and the general friendliness of everyone we met during our week in Kalkan. Thank you Alper and perhaps we will see you again in the future.

Мястото е много по хубаво от снимките,затова удължихме почивката си.Апартамента е безупречно чист и има всичкии удобства за една прекрасна почивка.На 2 минути от центъра с кола и на 15 минути от Капуташ и Патара.Има място за паркиране.С удоволствие бихме се върнали отново.
