We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist!

Our "Bauhaus" is located in the documenta city centre - all museums are in the immediate vicinity - bus and tram are 7 +- minutes away - and Karlsaue Park is also within walking distance (fantastic for joggers!). From the large terrace you can enjoy beautiful views of the city and the landmark of the city - the Hercules - our World Heritage Site!

Beautiful apartment with balcony in great location

Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.

Apartment is small, but very nice and has everything you need. The furnishings are new and modern. Due to the location on a mountain, you have a beautiful view from the front door. The hostess was very accommodating, flexible and we immediately felt welcome. All in all a great weekend - we would come back anytime.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. This was very well equipped and was very centrally located. From here, we were quickly in the city, both on foot and by public transport. You can get to the Aue, the vineyard and the important museums very quickly. There were also opportunities to go out, restaurants and supermarkets. The contact with Frank and Alexandra was uncomplicated and very pleasant. We'll be very happy to come back!

Lovely apartment, nicely furnished. Parking is not easy, but loading and unloading is OK outside the apartment. Watch out for scooter spaces - you have to be part of a car sharing scheme to be able to use them.

Sebastian's place was a beautiful oasis - exactly as advertised, and even more impressive in person, with expansive views, cool interior design, and thoughtful personal touches that made our stay feel effortless (i.e. spices, condiments, tissues, paper towels, etc.). It is well located, with several restaurant options within walking distance (10-15 mins), as was a large grocery store. The included garage parking was a huge bonus, and the charming Ayse was very helpful in directing us on exactly where/how to get in (meeting us in person to facilitate). Sebastian was such a considerate host! Very easy to communicate with, and responsive to our needs. Definitely a must stay when in Kassel.

Tasteful little apartment where everything you need is there. There was even a bottle of mineral provided in the fridge and it has a few coffee pods and tea bags for the start. Communication with Anja was super straightforward and the check-in information easy and clear. Super centrally located right in the center. You just have to know that it is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. In addition, the tram stop is directly in front of the building. That means you can hear trams, but they are not driving all night. I can only recommend the accommodation...
