The place is really beautiful and spacious, the two terraces surround the entire home and you can decide whether you want to enjoy the sunrise or have a coffee in the shadows. The center of Afytos is within a walkable distance, with many restaurants and shops. The beach is also near, although the path to it is steep and I preferred using a car. There is convenient parking and the place is really quiet, I had great sleep there. Beds are comfortable and everything was super clean. The view is more than breath taking, and you can enjoy it from both terraces and also from the living room. There are two bathrooms with makes it really convenient. Antigoni and Kostas were friendly and responsive. The communication was perfect, instructions how to find the place were clear. We really enjoyed the new sunbeams on the terrace. A really great place to stay.

It was a great break - great location...in the middle of it all and yet quiet. Beach in 2 min. reachable.. Fresh fruit, water in the fridge - homemade oregano, olive oil and ouzo to try was ready.

The location of the apartment was great. Just a block away from the center square, but private enough to relax. The third floor balcony was great and the location made it easy to access the beach. Anna and Ioannis were very helpful and responsive to questions very quickly

The superhosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment, offering invaluable suggestions for the best beaches, local cuisine, and picturesque sights. The atmosphere they created was delightful, and the room was impeccably clean every day. We particularly loved the added perk of being able to rent a boat, complete with a cooler bag to keep our refreshments cold throughout the day. This thoughtful touch allowed us to fully enjoy the stunning Diaporos island. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The location is very central, the beach and restaurants are 5 minutes away. A sparkling and spacious enough room and bathroom. We are very pleased. Nice to meet you. Thank you.

The house was spotless, tidy and had everything you could possibly need. Mr. Giorgos who greeted us was very sympathetic. The house is very very close to Kallithea beach , restaurants, supermarkets. In a peaceful and calm neighborhood. There was no parking shortage. Our host was quick to answer our questions. We are very satisfied. Thank you for everything.

Perfect location nice place to stay

The apartment is very spacious and has all the needed amenities. It is in a walkable distance to the city center, but in a very quiet area. There is a parking space. The host is very friendly and responsive. There is nothing negative about the property and I highly recommend it.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

Our visit to Nikolaos’ s place was wonderful. The room was exactly like in the pictures and I can say more stylish in reality. The check-in was easy for us and we had all the instructions needed. The place was fully equipped with all the necessities and it has a very comfortable bed. Everything was clean and tidy. We had sufficient space for everything. Our experience was amazing because of the host as well. He is very helpful, friendly, respectful and responsive. Thank you for all your help when my boyfriend got in problems and thank you for this amazing experience. Definitely recommend going there, 5 star review. I can’t wait the next vacation.

An ideal place to relax, with welcoming hosts, a quiet, comfortable and intimate location, with the possibility of choosing several pleasant ways of spending your time: a beautiful wild beach is nearby, and a walk of about 5 minutes are numerous restaurants and bars with the impeccably landscaped beach area. A wonderful place for a comfortable and relaxing vacation! The hotel is new, very cozy, and well-maintained — everything looks modern and tastefully designed. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the sea. The swimming pool was especially impressive — clean, and surrounded by a comfortable lounging area. A perfect place to relax during the day. The rooms are spacious and bright, and housekeeping is regular and of high quality. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Our stay left only the best impressions. We will definitely come back and gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family!

The peculiarity was accommodation at the turn of years. I searched for a place by the sea, with a fireplace, to feel at home. For my expectations it was exactly what I was looking for. I think summer is a nice place too. We communicated very well with the host, he provided me with wood, I don't think you will need this in the summer :) I frequently visit accommodations with fireplaces and I know that the owners offer only a few wood, for the atmosphere. This was not the case here. Anyway we had a bag with wood in the trunk, brought from Romania :)) The place is well equipped, the place is welcoming, a lot of wood and stone. It was a pleasant experience for us.

Lovely apartment in a very good part of Thessaloniki - plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and there's also easy access to bus stops close by for going any further out. Apartment looked just like the photos and the host gave very helpful instructions about how to use the amenities and get inside! Would recommend

You live centrally in Thessaloniki and have a great view. The furnishings speak for themselves, of course! All in all, a beautiful, large accommodation.
