It is on the street, so there is some traffic during the day, but there are almost no cars at night, so it is a quiet private space. In addition to the living room, there are two twin rooms and one full room (two sofa beds). It can accommodate up to 8 guests. (One bed per person) We also refuse entry to more than 8 people. (Excluding infants, so please contact us about children!) If you break the rules, you will be asked to leave at the time of discovery and will not be refunded. Before 2022, we rented this airbnb as shared-house. so some of the reviews in the past before 2022 may not be accurate anymore. we can hold the luggage from 9am on the check-in date, also we can hold the luggage until 7pm on the check-out date. We  pick-up  at Aoto Station for check-in ( 1 pick-up for 1 reservation.) ※There may be construction noise in the next house during day time 8:30am-5pm in 2025.

It is recommended to spend a day or two in this area combining it with certain shopping/sightseeing spots such as Mitsui Outlet Park ,and Sawara. **IMPORTANT** There is ongoing construction in several areas around my house. The building next next to my house is under construction from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Additionally, there is a construction site across the river, working from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. With all these constructions going on, the area is quite noisy during the day.
