We named it Balifornia because it was designed with Bali and California beach resorts in mind. There are no adjacent houses, so you can enjoy the outdoors with peace of mind! It is on the street, so there is some traffic during the day, but there are almost no cars at night, so it is a quiet private space. In addition to the living room, there are two twin rooms and one full room (two sofa beds). It can accommodate up to 8 guests. (One bed per person) We also refuse entry to more than 8 people. (Excluding infants, so please contact us about children!) If you break the rules, you will be asked to leave at the time of discovery and will not be refunded. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Pets are not allowed. As a general rule, we do not provide condiments for hygiene reasons, so please bring your own. We have been plagued by vandalism and loss of equipment by young people. Although only a small percentage of young people are responsible for this, we will only accept reservations from people 25 years old and older to avoid risk.

We renovated the old house where our grandmother used to live with our own hands as much as possible. Kujukuri Beach, which is just a short walk away, is a place where relatives and friends have gathered for a long time. Once again, I wanted to make it a place full of smiles like I did in those days, and I've gotten my hands a little bit. Now, there is also high-speed fiber optic wifi and a sauna, making it a relaxing space for families, couples, and friends. One of the charms of the house is that the cats who live nearby casually visit the garden. For those who want to enjoy seaside quiet time, this is the perfect location. A Japanese-style house is available for private use by one group. The space is 72 m2, so you can relax in comfort. Ideal for couples, families, and groups. Our house is located 15 minutes from Narita Airport or Narita Station by car. Ideal for guests using Narita Airport. We offer free transportation to Narita Airport or Narita Station upon check-in and check-out. The maximum number of guests is 5. There are two single beds in the bedroom. For 3 or more persons, futon bedding will be provided.

Attention We changed this airbnb into entire rental after the year of 2022. Before 2022, we rented this airbnb as shared-house. so some of the reviews in the past before 2022 may not be accurate anymore. we can hold the luggage from 9am on the check-in date, also we can hold the luggage until 7pm on the check-out date. We  pick-up  at Aoto Station for check-in ( 1 pick-up for 1 reservation.) ※There may be construction noise in the next house during day time 8:30am-5pm in 2025.

Grandma's House

Oarai entire house (24 hour for self check-in)

Our house was renovated recently. 13 - 15 mins to Oarai station by walk. We also have several bicycles for visitors. You can use them for free. Since we don't live in this house currently, you can use entire home, and all rooms in the house. Please ask us about the price and room available, if you are interested.
