　Available for groups and 3 families. Large living room and private bedroom with lock. The living room has a board game and mini ping pong table that everyone can play. It has a large veranda with a beautiful sunset. 　Tourist Information Office (5-minute walk) and the famous tourist boat terminal in Tochigi (5-minute walk), there are many sightseeing courses that can be completed in 30 minutes with a sightseeing map. We recommend checking in early and taking a walk to see Tochigi City. 　Yuranosato Onsen (10 minutes by car) and Taishikan Onsen (15 minutes by car). It is a 3-minute walk to Tamagawa-no-Yu (Kinryu), a Showa-era retro public bath. 　For sightseeing during this time, the illuminations at Ashikaga Flower Park are recommended. You can avoid traffic jams by taking the train. 　The building is a 15-minute walk from Tochigi Station. 4 km (10 minutes) from Tochigi Interchange. Convenience store, drugstore, bakery, TOBU, bank and post office are within walking distance. 2-minute walk to Starbucks. It's also a great environment for long-term use.

We named it Balifornia because it was designed with Bali and California beach resorts in mind. There are no adjacent houses, so you can enjoy the outdoors with peace of mind! It is on the street, so there is some traffic during the day, but there are almost no cars at night, so it is a quiet private space. In addition to the living room, there are two twin rooms and one full room (two sofa beds). It can accommodate up to 8 guests. (One bed per person) We also refuse entry to more than 8 people. (Excluding infants, so please contact us about children!) If you break the rules, you will be asked to leave at the time of discovery and will not be refunded. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Pets are not allowed. As a general rule, we do not provide condiments for hygiene reasons, so please bring your own. We have been plagued by vandalism and loss of equipment by young people. Although only a small percentage of young people are responsible for this, we will only accept reservations from people 25 years old and older to avoid risk.

Oarai entire house (24 hour for self check-in)

Our house was renovated recently. 13 - 15 mins to Oarai station by walk. We also have several bicycles for visitors. You can use them for free. Since we don't live in this house currently, you can use entire home, and all rooms in the house. Please ask us about the price and room available, if you are interested.
