すごく親切に案内頂きました。内装はすごくオシャレで透き通る感がある設計です。空間も想像以上に広く、ゆっくりくつろぐことができました。

この度は大変お世話になりました。 温かみのある落ち着いたお家と広々としたお庭のおかげで、皆ゆったりと楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。 ホストの方にも親切にご対応いただき、わんちゃんを連れてきてくださったお心遣いに、子どもも大変喜んでおりました。 お家も立地も非常に気に入り、ぜひまた次回も利用させていただきたいと思っております。 素晴らしい旅の思い出となりました。ありがとうございました！！

我们在这里住了三个晚上，这个房子比照片要好很多，我的宝宝一进门就很开心，到处走到处玩，院子很大，我的宝宝很喜欢在院子里捡小果子，探索小花园。 Host人非常好，有一本她准备的本地吃喝玩乐指南，我们去了几个她推荐的景点，商店和泡温泉的地方，都非常好。她还给我们准备了很多毛巾，我们每天去也温泉都有足够的干净的毛巾。 同时，房东还给我们准备了五个啤酒和本地的矿泉水，还给我们写个一个手写的纸条，很贴心。 这次住的体验太好了，以至于我想在这里买个房子，作为度假屋。强烈推荐大家来这个民宿住一下，体验一下。

一泊の利用でした。 高速の渋滞や観光でチェックインの時間が遅れましたが連絡するとすぐに返信をくれ柔軟に対応していただきました。 施設内はすごく綺麗でよかったです。 ツルヤや近くのお肉屋さんで買い出しをして、自分たちで自炊しました。 トンボの湯も近く、大変よかったです。 軽井沢に旅行で来た時はまた利用したいと思いました。ありがとうございました。

Stunning location great stay

We've now stayed at Hirona's parents' place several times now. The accommodations are perfectly comfortable and complemented by how nice the family is. It feels like a home away from home for us. Add to that the number of great onsen in the area and the numerous outdoor activities, and I'm sure we will be looking to go back again in the near future.

Mark was an excellent host. He picked us up from the bus station, took us to get groceries and ski hire. He provided us with ski passes so we didn’t have to worry about working that out ourselves. He provided us with plenty of local recommendations. The house was warm, comfortable and clean. It was a minute walk to the ski field and a short walk down to the restaurants in town. We loved our stay and will 100% recommend to friends and if we ever come back we’ll be staying again!

We had a great stay at Mikkun’s Airbnb. It was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for our family of three—could easily fit four. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the clear instructions for appliances and Wi-Fi were very helpful. There’s a large bed and a sofa-cum-bed our daughter used comfortably. The location is lively and walkable, with easy access to the station and plenty of places to eat nearby. A few things to note: the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage was a bit challenging. Also, there's a karaoke bar on the 2nd floor, which can be a bit noisy at night—but earplugs are thoughtfully provided. Mikkun was a kind and responsive host. Highly recommended!

The host is very responsive and kindly allows early check in when the house is ready. This is our 2nd time to stay here, everything is perfect.

Hanko Inn was just as described and had all the amenities we required. Whilst it is a modest accommodation, the stand out is its location. It really is 3 minutes walk to the wonderful Matsumoto Castle. Similarly, in the opposite direction is a 1 minute walk to a beautiful shrine which leads to two terrific streets with cafes and places of interest. The station is less than 15 min away and quicker taking a local bus. The hosts were great communicators, very clear directions and very responsive.

とてもきれいなお部屋でした。 お布団もひいてあり、夜に到着したので、すぐに寝ることができて良かったです。 隣に温泉施設があり、歩いて2分のところに神社と公園もあります。 観光も楽しめるし、ゆっくりと過ごすこともできます。 また利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

Loved the location, right under the Takashima castle. Having access to bikes was also a huge plus for touring the Suwa Lake. Thank you! :)

The host was very easy to talk to, and we felt truly welcome in her home. The house is full of amenities. When she found out it was our anniversary, she surprised us with a gift. We had a wonderful time staying at her place.

We had a great stay here. Truly beautiful spot in the mountains surrounded by lush forest. Would recommend!

The stay was very clean and spacious the host was very helpful and friendly. It was in a quite location but it was a bit far from restaurants and the onsens.

Very fun and beautiful place. You can tell that they took a lot of time and planning to create the layout and atmosphere. It’s by far my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever booked.
