Viss nepieciešamais pāris minūšu gājienā – Ausmeņa Kebabs, Iggi Bārs un Karbonādes, Heaburger, veikali, aptieka un sabiedriskais transports. Koncertzāle GORS - 10 min gājiena attālumā. Dzīvoklis ideāli piemērots 2 cilvēkiem, bet tajā ir arī ērts dīvāns, uz kura vajadzības gadījumā var nakšņot trešais cilvēks. Atrodas 5. stāvā - jārēķinās, ka būs jākāpj pa kāpnēm. Ballītes nav atļautas. Lai jauka atpūta šeit! ☀️
