This property is just like it is on this platform. Nice, quiet, peaceful and clean. This is one of the few places we have seen that has a bathtub - definitely a game changer in this space. the kitchen was sufficient and clean, rooms were of good size and so were the bathrooms. Host was friendly and responsive and not at all intrusive. the only thing is that there is nothing nearby, for everything, you have to drive atleast a few kms - but that in itself is not a bad thing, you in turn get peace, tranquility and calm. there are some monkeys about, so don't leave things outside. I would highly recommend this place for some quiet time.

Bhavan’s home is just amazing. On the edge of a cliff, the views are something you can’t get enough of. It was raining almost all throughout my stay there but that added to the experience. In the middle of nowhere, this place is the best getaway! If you’re looking for a luxury stay with a lot of amenities, this might not be it. There’s good WiFi and a UPS. The house is very clean and beautiful. They also offer food included in the cost, and trust me, it’s amazing. Chandrashekar, the caretaker, is a gem of a person. He’s very helpful, at the door as soon as you need him, and extremely kind. There are a couple of good places around too, like waterfalls and hikes, to explore. Since it’s in the wilderness, you’ll not find any network, irregular electricity, no TV, a lot of bugs, and very windy. I’d say this is a perfect place to get lost. A place worth exploring for sure. You shouldn’t think twice and consider this place for your next stay.

Room is clean and neat with super silent air conditioner, wardrobe with locker and cloth hangers, bedside tables, dressing table, spongy bed with multiple pillows and extra bed in case required. Washroom is clean with hot water and other amenities. Kitchen equipped with all appliances and essential consumables, compact dining arrangement. Inverter & ironing facility also available. Near to Bakel fort and beaches. Thrikkannapuram Thriambakeswara temple. On the bank of Bakel river. Cultivated coconut, arecanut & other fruit plant. An upcoming farm is a good view. Complementary breakfast is served, lunch & dinner to be managed by the guests. Nearby restaurant contacts are made available at the villa. Hospitality is fantastic throughout the stay and reachable over phone at any time for any assistance.

The stay was absolutely perfect! It was booked last minute and our check in was super late. The caretaker was superb and was super responsive, as well as the manager. The only thing I would ask to be improved is a bit more privacy, especially while using the pool. Other than that everything was perfect!

My experience staying at Jo’s Plumeria Penthouse was so unique! Even though Jyoti had guests over the previous day, she made sure that I could have the home early since my flight landed way too early in Bangalore. Check-in was no problem. Yes, you’ve to pick your bags and climb stairs but consider it your workout and eat some Magnolia Bakery cake which is walking distance. The place was clean, windy, quiet, yet close to the busy areas. Jyoti is an amazing host. I didn’t meet her during my trip but she made sure that I was super comfortable throughout. Loved my time here!

We stayed here for a family gathering, and the place was perfect for it. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. My family really enjoyed the atmosphere—it felt cozy and welcoming. The host was responsive and made the check-in process smooth. We'd definitely stay here again for future get-togethers!

We returned to Mehdi’s place again as we really loved our last stay and It’s even better this time. The place was beautifully decorated and very homely, conveniently located as well. we really loved staying there and would definitely come back in the future. Mehdi was very accommodating and very helpful with any requests, made it very easy for us to move to his other place without any issues.

This is a great place , a home away from home . Everything and anything that you need in a home was there . Quiet neighbourhood . Photos matching as described. Everyone in the family liked this place very much .Very clean bathroom’s , very responsive host , super clean bedrooms, sheets /towels , hassle free checkin . Dont miss this place , worth it .

Very good Stay. House Keeper was really helpful. Just that makeshift room was little inconvenient (due to the smell), otherwise, It felt like home with all facilities. Easily accessible by Swiggy and other delivery partners. Contrary to that mentioned in the instructions, the lift was working even after 10pm. Only during power cut , it was little cumbersome with elderly parents. Otherwise highly recommend the place and would even visit again.

This is my third stay at Maseeh's apartment. It's a great location and extremely convenient to go about central and old Hyderabad. The colony is peaceful and has a supermarket close by plus loads of food options. The apartment is neat and clean. Perfect as a home away from home stay.
