Great base to visit family and see sites in the area. Quiet neighborhood and easy to walk to town center and waterfront. Good view of the bay and islands from the top floor. Very clean.

Cozy house in lovely Skudeneshavn. Only a few hundred meters to walk down to the city center where there are many cozy shops and eateries.

My workers are very happy with both the house and the space. A quiet environment and good parking.

This was a really nice stay. We were 6 adults who enjoyed the place. Warm, well cared for and cosy home. Well appointed. The beds and duvets were delicious. Three handsome terraces that took into account the sun and the wind. Utsira offered the sun! Great sit outside to be able to look at nature/lake. Short distance to Joker and super restaurant Dahmsgård. Host responded quickly when we needed some guidance and family members were helpful. Would highly recommend this. Missed just one thing. Would have helped that the address was mentioned and not just coordinates. We got help from permanent residents to find the house. Our friends found it right away when they had the address:) Many thanks for us🥰

A FANTASTIC place with a FANTASTIC host! Nothing was a problem, and all wishes were fulfilled! The feeling of being welcome was as if we were "old acquaintances"! And the little extra in the form of a tray of muffins and biscuits, flowers inside and out, pillows in the garden furniture, even refurnished for an extra sleeping space, and 7 made beds.... Simply absolutely beautiful! Nothing could have been better. I hope we have behaved so well that we will have another opportunity.

I stayed at Kjellaug’s place with two of my work colleagues for over one month as we were working nearby. It turned out to be the perfect location with everything we needed both in the house itself and in the surrounding area, which had plenty of amenities. For instance, there is a supermarket only two minutes walk from Kjellaug’s and a good bus service into Haugesund and to surrounding areas. The house was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Kjellaug herself was very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend Kjellaug’s place if you are planning on staying in the Haugesund area.

I lived in the apartment for a month. The takeover went well, and communication with Anne Berit and her husband was easy and pleasant. The apartment is of a good standard, and contains everything you need. In the windswept Haugaland, it is excellent to have a patio that is protected by walls and hedges in all directions so that, despite a lot of wind, you can sit outside and enjoy the fine weather without freezing. 10/10! Will be happy to come back if it becomes relevant later!

Marianne’s place is lovely and cozy, I felt right at home. It was an easy walk to the city center with lots of restaurants, and a very comfortable and quiet place to stay. She was also a helpful and responsive host

The view is really beautiful! You'd love to spend the whole day on the Balcony sitting and enjoying the view! The little cabin is very private and quiet. You have a lot of opportunities to sit in the garden or on the balcony. The way from the parking to the cabin is a challenge: very steep, a gravel path and especially with luggage a challenge! Ørjan has pointed out to us twice on the strenuous path and the warning is definitely necessary. From the parking lot, the small gravel path is a bit difficult to see, but definitely not impossible. The cabin is equipped with everything you need. Very modern! In the kitchen you will find everything: from small guest gift to all cooking utensils. The small oven offers the possibility to create a nice warmth in the evening. But also otherwise it is nice and warm in the cabin. You get used to using the burners toilet quickly. Ørjan is very responsive to messages and is very nice and helpful

Jannet’s place was awesome. We were in town from the USA for the wedding of a past exchange student. The town is quaint, people were friendly and grocery store within walking distance . The apartment had everything we needed to get ready for the festivities. Jannet was very communicative.

Fantastic place to stay. Lots of easy to access hiking area around. Close enough to the city but far enough to have a feeling of real nature. The apartment itself is very clean and welcoming. Very comfy and cozy.

This place was truly an amazing place! A quiet and peaceful place, with beautiful nature everywhere. The cabin, or more easily said the house contained everything that we needed plus more. Plenty of activities for both adults and children, and the host has made sure that everything is in order all the way. We would gladly come back!!!
