Holiday rentals with a patio in Karlovy Vary Region

The place was very clean overall and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a parking space right outside the door and the location right next to the ski lift was great. The beds were very hard and the couch is unfortunately too small and a bit uncomfortable for 4 people. All in all, it's a great place to stay. Robert was very nice and always available.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very nice and the location is excellent. The house is at almost 900 meters altitude and offers a fantastic, unobstructed view down to the valley of Karlovy Vary. Great hiking trails start directly from the house – we were on beautiful tours and hardly met other people, although there were just Easter holidays. The tranquility here is truly unique and there is plenty of space. There's probably a little more going on in the summer and winter. You can take great excursions into nature or explore the small places and old mining mines in the area. Karlovy Vary is also not far away and definitely worth a visit. There is generally a lot to discover in the area. The communication with Barbora was friendly, quick and helpful at all times. She went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house is cozy, well equipped and perfect for anyone looking for nature and tranquility.

Nice apartment in quiet area close to grocery store. We went skiing in Klinovec for a few days which worked fine for us.

Great accommodation experience, spacious space, historic house, well maintained, although it was a bit difficult to move the luggage, but it was very worthwhile, it is an accommodation that must be recommended.

Tastefully furnished apartment with views over the old town of Karlsbad and private parking space in the underground garage. We were here for 5 days after Christmas over New Year's and the little Christmas tree that was set up in the apartment will remain a special memory - special thanks for this! Communication with Zarina went smoothly and quickly. We liked it very much, we'd love to come back any time. Absolutely recommended.

Place is really nice and clean. Everything needed is provided by the host. Great communication.

A great place to stay with friends and family, and dogs too. A giant back garden and plenty of forests and trails in the surrounding area. The home renovations also look amazing, and Tomas is quick to reply. I will certainly come to stay here again someday.

The communication in advance with the owner was very friendly and informative. When we arrived, we were shown everything. The apartment is well equipped, super clean, the beds are very comfortable. Had a great time at Helena's lovely house. Lots of space, very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, which made cooking for a large group easy. Had some issues with the sauna, but Helena was very responsive and tried to have it fixed. The house is close to Karlovy Vary and to many hiking paths.

The time in Lucie's house was wonderful! We didn't miss anything! Everything was as described. Even with questions, Lucie could always help us quickly! The fenced garden was perfect for us with a dog! The coffee roastery next door was a great highlight, the men there very nice. Spontaneously they showed us their roastery and we were able to buy fresh coffee! With 2 adults, 2 children and a dog, we really had a lot of space. We would definitely come back!

Family vacation - 10 children and 6 adults A very nice, a little out of the way. The attic room is ideal as a childrens rich 😄 Beautiful and extensively equipped kitchen, plenty of sanitary facilities. In the large main room there is enough space for the whole crowd. Supermarket and the like just under 15 minutes by car. We will definitely visit again!

Nikola's place is as advertised: spacious, clean and very nice for a stay with the family. Very spacious kitchen and living room and very comfortable night areas, with plenty of storage space. The area is very well connected, with a large supermarket 5 minutes by foot and with the gardens and fountain of the village another 15-minute walk. Easy street parking. Good and quick communication with Nikola. We highly recommend this place!

Katerina’s apartment is very cozy and has a home-like feeling. It has a million-dollar view to the mountains and historic center of the village. Wi-Fi is fast and stable, kitchen is fully equipped, bed is comfortable. Multiple big supermarkets are within walking distance, and it takes only 10 minutes to reach the palace, park and old town area. Katerina is a very kind and helpful host, our communication went flawless, and she was willing to assist us with any issues. Stay definitely recommended.

***disclaimer, long post. My family and I have traveled a lot and stayed in many airbnb and never had the hospitality we received at Martin's place. we were welcomed by his mother (what a delightful woman), she made my kids so comfortable with toys, her lovely dog; the kids loved playing in the backyard although the weather was not much helpful. The area is beautiful, quiet, about 20 min drive for Kalovy Vary main attraction; so I suggest renting a car is the best way. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the Czech country side at Martin's after the noise from Praha. Martin was easily reachable and replied within 30 min of sending him a message. if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, well rested vacation, book this place. The next time we visit back Czech Republic, we will stay in Pernink at Martin's place!

A very nice stay, in a very nice place to stay! Surroundings are wonderful on foot. In the vicinity, there is a raised moor area with a very romantic wooden jetty. Restaurants and a small shopping are within walking distance, very easy to reach. Only small things are missing for an absolute top review. Overall, you can feel very comfortable on this property.
