We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Five adults stayed here overnight. Everything was super clean and cozy. Every room has air con, which we did not expect, so this was a great plus for all of us. Beds were super comfy, we enjoyed dinner in the bbq area that was super large and could have fit another 5 probably, we had a cute photoshoot on the swinging egg chair with a lovely leafy and woody bg. The host is very friendly and proactive, so troubles were avoided and no questions arised during our stay. Thank you!

Die Kommunikation mit Sandra war perfekt, innerhalb Minuten. Das Gastgeber Paar war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und der Balkon war mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen ausgestattet. Ein schnelles WiFi und Unterstellmöglichkeit für unsere gemieteten Fahrrädern war ebenfalls vorhanden. Bäckerei und Supermärkte befanden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Badestrand war fußläufig erreichbar ebenso ein nettes Cafe, wo der Sonnenuntergang cekebriert werden konnte. Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Toller Aufenthalt in Zman bei Fabio. Das Haus mit Jacuzzi und Outdoorküche war sehr schön. Der kleine Ort bietet alles fußläufig, Einkaufsladen, schöne Badestelle, Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, kleine Wanderungen am Meer entlang bis zum nächsten Ort sind machbar.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Martin. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen – eine liebevoll vorbereitete Wurst- und Käseplatte, Brot und Gebäck sowie ein gefüllter Kühlschrank mit Getränken haben uns sofort das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Die Unterkunft war sauber, sehr gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders der Pool war ein Highlight - perfekt zum Entspannen. Martin sowie auch seine Familie waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und dabei stets angenehm zurückhaltend. Man merkt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Myself and a group of friends visited Marijana’s place in June - we chose this house because of the great value compared to similar properties nearby. We were so pleased with the whole experience - the house is massive and spotless, and though it is a little out of the way, it affords a bit of peace and quiet. In particular we liked the size of the kitchen, the pool, and the outdoor cooking area, and the views of the nearby national park. I’d highly recommend this property to a family or group of friends.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Ivica und seiner Frau! Die beiden waren so aufmerksam und herzlich, haben einen Abend sogar für uns gekocht! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Danke ☺️

Bardzo udany urlop. Apartament 5 minut od plaży Bošana. 10 minut spacerkiem do centrum miasta. Kontakt z gospodarzami bardzo dobry. Myślę że jeszcze tam wrócimy. ❤️🇭🇷❤️🥰

Die Lage ist einfach super. Die Stadt ist mit dem Uber für 5€ erreichbar, der Strand und gute Restaurants in 2min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und der Balkon toll zum zusammensitzen. Die Betten sind ok (schon etwas älter). Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Frühstück braucht. Zum grillen ist auch alles da. Zum regelmäßigen kochen fehlt es etwas an Ausstattung, hat uns aber aufgrund der guten Restaurants nicht gefehlt. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke Damir!

Perfect calm accomodation with a little walk to Zadar old town. We were surprised to find a little snack and drink when we arrived that made us have the perfect last night of our roadtrip. Thanks to Josipa and Gino and their warm welcome and goodbyes when we left!

Eine sehr moderne komplette eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr sehr sauber!!! Eine wunderschöne Inneneinrichtung und eine tolle Lage.

We had a very pleasant stay in Alisons studio. It's decorated with love and made us feel at home. It was also very clean and the big windows gave it a roomy feeling despite the studio itself being quite snug. The kitchen is well equipped and we even got to use the yard across the street.

Tout était parfait! Roko et Tereza étaient très attentifs. Le site était très très bien avec la cours intérieure et la belle piscine.

Der Garten ist wirklich sehr schön, mit vielen Obstbäumen und viel für die Kinder. Das Holzhaus ist sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und wären auch gerne noch länger geblieben.

Saša war super freundlich. Das ganze Ambiente sehr schön. Wir waren leider nicht bei bestem Wetter da, für genug Holz (auch kleines) zum Einheizen war allerdings gesorgt. Zusätzlich hat Saša uns am ersten Abend frittierte Pilze vorbeigebracht, und mit uns Schnaps angeboten. Einfach eine sehr schnuckelige Unterkunft :)

super endroit avec une vue sur la mer magnifique, couché de soleil magique avec la terrasse devant un peu embêté avec l isolation parce que la nuit il faisait froid mais sinon très propre et bien équipé pb d insecte dans la salle de bain au niveau du toilette mais ca fait parti du charme de la nature petit bruit de l autoroute mais ne gêne en rien , en contre bas le restaurant avec une vue sur la mer trop beau merci pour ce sejour

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und stets ansprechbar. Im Haus war eine sehr gute Klimaanlage verfügbar und der Ausblick vom Balkon sowie dem Gemeinschaftsbereich ist unglaublich schön. Mit etwas wandern findet man sehr tolle Badestellen zum schwimmen und schnorcheln aber Badeschuhe sind empfehlenswert. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Sve ono što smo željeli i zamislili dobili smo boravkom u ovoj prekrasnoj kućici na osami. Jedini zvukovi su pjev ptica i vjetar u krošnjama. Ljubazna Nataša nas je dočekala i uputila u sve sadržaje koje kućica nudi i ako netko dvoji bi li mogao biti na mjestu bez struje i vode, mi bi samo dodali da nam je tri noćenja bilo premalo da izguštamo sve ono što "kućica nema" (kako je opisano na stranici domaćina), a zbog čega smo ju zapravo i odabrali. Predivno mjesto za potpuni zen... hvala domaćinima. Ako bude prilike dolazimo ponovo bez imalo dvojbe... D&D

Amazing stay. Clean, Beautiful. Peaceful. Was greeted by the father with homemade snaps. The mother came with strawberry. So top hospitality. Beautiful made house. Nothing missing inside. So peaceful view directly into the mountains. Spa was working. Nice annex with fireplace for evening cooking. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place. Maybe Tomislav (owner) you could get a few more candles (for additional romance) 😀
