The place was amazing, the pathway down to the beach can do with a little trimming. The house is well decorated with simple pieces that work well with the space and environment. I Enjoyed every bit of the house and the spectacular crashing of the waves at your door step.

Etienne’s place felt like home. The host was kind, communicated well, received us well and helped us extend the days of stay. The host made us feel like home. The place was amazing. We accidentally affected one of the places in the house when one of our members put a hot pan on a plastic surface. The host communicated the damage politely and patiently and guided us on how best to get the issue resolved. We are glad about the host’s patience and resolve. The place is highly recommended.

Absolutely love staying at Liesl’s place – we've returned several times and it never disappoints. A true "house by the sea," it’s our go-to in Port Elizabeth. Schoenmakerskop is peaceful, the ocean soundtrack is soothing, and the Sacramento trail nearby is perfect for enjoying the local flora. We’ll definitely be back if Liesl will have us!
