Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kargıcak Beach

Yaman came into contact with us, was helpful and available. He lives with his family on the ground floor, who welcomed us hospitably. The dog and the three cats of the house are sweet and confiding. The place is quiet, the beach is about 10 minutes, supermarkets are right around the corner. From the spacious loggia of the attic apartment you can look all the way to the beach. If I were to go to Avsallar again, I would book with Yaman again

Beautiful villa! The best kept and maintained pool we’ve ever seen! The pool was maintained every other day by a wonderful couple. Willem was always available,if needed.safe and friendly environment for our 5-strong crew ages between 2 to 74 years old! Happy to recommend!

It is new building, so everything is new. Near you can find 5! supermarkets. I had a car, so for me it was not a problem to go to the sea. But you can use taxi also. Erhan speaks English and he was very friendly. Price is also good.

We were lucky to get a very last-minute booking (other booking fell through); Ferdi was helpful and everything was made easy. The spacious little townhouse is within a large hotel complex. We were very comfortable. The two balconies are in direct sun all morning. Electricity and water are charged for separately; for our three-night stay this was only a few pounds.

We stayed for 5 nights with my wife and daughter from August 26 to 31. It was a great experience for us. We didn't encounter anything negative in the meantime. It's in a good location. Sea view. Great location to watch the sunset. There's almost everything a home should have. You feel at home. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils in the kitchen section that will allow you to have breakfast and dinner. The pool is large enough and spotlessly clean. Definitely at home. Mr. Taner and his wife are very caring and friendly people. With the wireless projection device provided by Mr. Taner, he was also enjoyable to watch movies and series in the garden. Hope to be back...

10/10. There is nothing better in Alanya. Super friendly, courteous owners, who you take to your heart, even if you are only there for a short time. The bar, which is also in the house, is really beautifully decorated and has the best view. The accommodation is great, especially the view is 1A. You'll want to go back!!!! We highly recommend it to anyone

Chak was incredibly gracious. He truly enjoys hosting people, he gave us so many recommendations. I ended up getting sick and he was so helpful and his concern and accommodation showed how much of a good person he truly is. The place was stunning, the views breathtaking and we cannot wait to come back. If you want to relax and be blown away by beauty, rent Chak’s place - you can thank me later!

Great place as advertised. Great responsive host. Big apartment, private pool, walkable neighborhood. Beach access. The beach is rocky (as in big rock, not gravel) though, not very safe for children.

PROS: 1. The playground for kids 2. The swimming pool 3. AC is working effieciently 4. The kitchen is fully equipped 5. The cleanliness is very good 6. The host is responsivess and helpful 7. Great value for money CONS: 1. A bit tight if you're travelling with with more than 1 kid. 2. get ready for a 30-min walk to the nearest beach. 3. Pillows/mattress are not the best 4. Water pressure is weak 5. if travelling without a car, the location is isolated

Apartment is immaculate with everything you would need. I have found with other Airbnbs the kitchen ware is a little sparse but there was plenty of utensils etc so I was able to cook properly. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are two small markets next door for small essentials. From the balcony you can just about see the sea which was nice. The building was very quiet when I visited. Host was always responsive to messages and polite. I would definitely stay again 🙂

Good value for money. Had booked 1 night too little in previous hotel - apartment and that was 2x as expensive. This apartment much better for a much nicer price. Owner is easy to reach and very communicative, was allowed to check in earlier due to the check-out time of the other hotel I had to leave. Great!

It was a very nice holiday where we felt at home. The host is very attentive and responds promptly. Only in the kitchen was missing a toaster and no tea maker or tea kettle for tea.

We as a family were received in a very friendly manner. Most of all, we were impressed by cleanliness, order and modern furnishings. The location was really good and especially close to the beach. The shopping is really good. If we fly to Alanya again, we'll get in touch with Gulzhan :)

We had a lovely stay with our three young children. -Spotlessly clean -Modern clean bathrooms with powerful showers and well functioning toilets -Fairly well equipped kitchen (dishwasher tabs and oil not included) -Nice balcony. -Good tv with Netflix etc -Playroom downstairs which was well used by the kids -Gym with modern equipment right opposite playroom -swimming pool and small outdoor playground (pool not warm) -huge playground right near apartment -helpful host, organised Transport for us at very short notice! Thank you Pragma for a lovely stay. The apartment is even better than the photos.

The house was very tidy and clean, meeting all needs. Its location was central, within walking distance to the beach and places to visit. We thank the host very much, he was a very kind and helpful person.

A very pleasant and beautiful place, the cleanest air, the mountains, on the territory there are terraced gardens with persimmon, apples, limes, a bunch of flowers, everything is maintained in a well-maintained condition, there is a place to walk with great views of the city, the sea and the mountains. Very cozy atmosphere in the apartment, like at home, everything is thought through to the smallest detail, everything you need is there (and even more). Marina was available all the time, helped in all matters. A big plus is the opportunity to use the infrastructure of the complex (swimming pools, bath complex, gym). In the main building there is a nice restaurant on the 16th floor, delicious and at reasonable prices, a mini shop with everything you need. Of course, with your car it would be much more convenient, but in the season there are free shuttles to the beach, and 3 times a day a paid bus to the center of Alanya - there are options. We ordered delivery of products from Migros, conveniently. 2 weeks flew by quickly, we were satisfied. Thanks to Marina!

Stella was an extremely warm and helpful hostess! The apartment absolutely matched the description and we felt very comfortable. Especially breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool was fantastic. Right around the corner are supermarkets and a parking space for our rental car was also available. Stella also gave us tips for activities and restaurants. We were completely satisfied. Thank you, dear Stella!

I would like to thank Mr. Türker for allowing me to have a flexible check-in and check-out. We met Mr. Türker's assistant, Mr. Ömer, and he helped us very quickly and sincerely in everything, and our 5-person holiday was incredibly beautiful, we felt at home and never wanted to leave this place. The cleanliness of the house was very nice, everything was sparkling. If we come again, we will definitely choose this house.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very comfortable and has a beautiful view that makes every moment enjoyable. It’s well-suited for a stay even in winter, as there is air conditioning in every room, which also works perfectly for heating. The location is excellent—a great base for exploring, with a main road nearby that runs along the entire Turkish Riviera.
