House holiday rentals in Kargıcak Beach

We settled in smoothly. Host was accommodating. Although it was a little far from the city center, the view and calmness of the house were spectacular. We like everything. We'd love to stay again.

Beautiful villa! The best kept and maintained pool we’ve ever seen! The pool was maintained every other day by a wonderful couple. Willem was always available,if needed.safe and friendly environment for our 5-strong crew ages between 2 to 74 years old! Happy to recommend!

We stayed there for 11 days and felt very much at home right away. The location is really great. You have such a beautiful view. In case of problems and questions, the host is very helpful and directly accessible. I will definitely come again.

It is new building, so everything is new. Near you can find 5! supermarkets. I had a car, so for me it was not a problem to go to the sea. But you can use taxi also. Erhan speaks English and he was very friendly. Price is also good.

An excellent option for Alanya - we stayed only one night and off-season, but the place was spotlessly clean, check-in was easy and flexible timewise and the pool looked inviting. Street parking was free and easy. We enjoyed our stay. Equipping the kitchen a bit more would be welcome, but it was not a problem. Can recommend!

We stayed for a night for a special celebration with our friends; it was very easy to find with the location. However, for those who want to come to Alanya close to the sea, it is a neighborhood far from the beach. Because on the hill in new residential areas. We went on purpose. The house was brand new and very clean. It was easy to check in; there was no machine to make tea and coffee in the house except for the kettle, but it was immediately provided when we contacted. Because the cafeteria located below is not always open. There is no indoor sitting space anyway, the cafeteria. Having a pool is a great advantage for those who prefer it during the summer. The fact that the house is new and very well cleaned, the decoration will be our reason for choosing everything again.

Thanks to the owners of the place and his wife who welcomed us with hot meals so that we could regain strength after the trip given our late arrival, everything was perfect it was very clean and very functional we spent a week in paradise we have no complaints

Erhan and his team Gül and Ayshe were really nice from the first to the last day. Very helpful. We stayed in the apartment for a month and we are super happy. The apartment is well equipped, clean , newly built. The Silence garden fills up its name. For children the family is the great choice to stay in the Silence garden, where there is a cafe as well. On our first day we were surprised, the owner left pasta, oil, salt, pepper water for us, then we didn't have to go shopping right away. I was surprised on the last day with a cake because I fill up all the time :) don't know what else can I tell you. Everything was at the top level. I'm sure to come back. We were lucky to get a very last-minute booking (other booking fell through); Ferdi was helpful and everything was made easy. The spacious little townhouse is within a large hotel complex. We were very comfortable. The two balconies are in direct sun all morning. Electricity and water are charged for separately; for our three-night stay this was only a few pounds.
