Villa holiday rentals in Kardamyli

We had a wonderful stay at Aikaterini’s. Just a short walk away from the centre of Kardamyli and also the beaches. House was immaculate and well appointed. Beautiful peaceful swimming pool. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

This is the second time we've stayed here, and the fourth time in the area. It is an absolutely beautiful location. Perfect weather and everything within 10 minutes drive. The house itself has everything and is flawlessly presented. We'll be back again.

the six of us had a great time here. Niko's place was exceptional. he was a great host. the welcome pack and other incidentals were lovely, providing us with stuff to get off to a great start. the property is modern, very clean and functional. the kitchen was well equipped, there was plenty of hot water. the outside area was spacious, with a great pool and sun loungers. the bbq was very good and burned well. Niko was very welcoming, showed us around when checking in, he also gave us some good recommendations for places to eat. he also checked up mid stay to ask if everything was ok and did we need anything. two really nice beach's within easy walking distance. the supermarkets are walkable so is the bakery. we could not have had a better time.

Wir waren im ersten Häuschen direkt bei der Straße. Die wenigen Autos die man hörte haben uns nicht weiter gestört. Alles war modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren meistens auch vor Ort, sehr hilfsbereit, überaus freundlich und herzlich zu unseren Kindern. Der private Garten war besonders toll mit Baby und Kleinkind. Es gab auch eine Dusche im Garten und der Rasen war sehr gepflegt. In der Küche war das notwendige vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine war sehr praktisch und hat schnelle Programme. Zu Fuß zum Strand mit Beachbar waren es ca 10min (weg über Feld und durch Busch) oder 3 min mit dem Auto. Supermarkt und Ort 1km mit Auto entfernt. Ganz tolle Unterkunft mit Familie. Uns hat es nicht gestört dass es eigentlich nur ein großer Wohn-/Schlafraum ist. Erwähnenswert ist vielleicht nur, dass es keinen gesonderten Spielplatz für Kinder gibt (klang für mich im Inserat so), aber genug Platz und zusätzlich zum Garten noch eine gemeinsame Grünfläche. Insgesamt: perfekt 👌

The house is beautiful in beautiful surroundings. You have enjoy the olive trees and the view of the mountains and at the same time enjoy the sound of the sea while in bed. This for me is paradise. Just a short walk ffeom a lovely beach with a taverna run by nice people with really nice food. I really enjoyed this walk and the sense of wilderness. The house is equipped with all one needs and was absolutely spotless clean. At night you are surrounded by the sounds of nature and at the same time you are so close to a bunch of lovely tavernas and places to enjoy a nice meal or a drink. We had a great time

Our stay at this property was truly exceptional—one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. The house was absolutely amazing—beautiful scenery, peaceful surroundings, and exactly what we had envisioned for our family vacation. Aleka was incredibly warm and welcoming. She even offered homemade chicken soup for our baby, and promptly resolved a minor issue with the air conditioning. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and were genuinely sad to leave such a special place. We communicated with Eva prior and during our stay which was highly responsive and kind. Highly recommended.

Vi tilbragte en måned i Januar i huset. Vi fik set meget af området(Trahila, Kardamyli og Stoupa har hver sine charmerende karakteristika), hygget i haven med geder og katte, svømmet i havet og drukket kaffe på den lokale cafe. Huset ligger i bunden af dalen hvor solen rammer sidst hvilket kan være en fordel om sommeren. Taygetos-bjerget og dalen er virkeligt imponerende, men området er i tiltagende grad ved at blive bebygget af ældre nordeuropæiske turister som slår sig ned. Vi var kede af at forlade stedet da det var en meget skøn oplevelse!

a hairpin drive (steep in places) - was no problem for our Fiat Panda Hire Care... the destination was worth it...Orato Village location, on the side of hill - villa Artemis was authentic - modern - just right for us - two adults. Often a welcome gentle warm breeze - with wafts of oregano & rosemary (getting very warm by 3rd week of May 2024). Pleasantly cool enough inside - we didn't need to use the Aircon at that time. (note steps - raised patio with low wall - is not safe for children) The pool, approx 5 m was regularly checked, cleaned by Minas - quietly did his stuff early mornings usually - kept it pristine. Lovely family man. Everything was near enough (with a car) to explore surrounding area - Mountains & villages. Great views of Agios Nikolaos. People so friendly - great choice tavernas restaurants. Our two weeks flew by. Neat Kitchen area had all we needed to make simple cooked or cold meals - if we wanted a change from eating out. Perfect for us! Highly recommended.

Ein wunderbar gelegenes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, viele schöne verschiedene Sitzecken zum Verweilen, herrlicher Pool, schöne Aussicht. Wir waren mit 2 Familien im Haus (2Wohnungen), hat bestens gepasst. Matina ist eine sehr freundliche, bemühte Gastgeberin.

Wonderful stay in Casa Antica - precisely what we wanted and location was fantastic. It is exactly as shown - a very creative and sympathetic conversion of an attractive old house - keeps the character of the old with a super up to date / high quality interior and everything we needed (including good aircon throughout). Three good sized double bedrooms. 20 min walk (downhill) to Stoupa which is a good beach for swimming with plenty of restaurants / shops. Check-in / check-out really well handled - we were met on the main road and guided to the house (necessary as is through a short but complex set of very narrow roads; parking right next to house). Very quiet environs, pool was perfect for us (4 people including two teenagers) and outside kitchen is a small west facing terrace with an amazing view over coast perfect for breakfast or evening drinks.

בהתחלה היו לנו חששות להזמין את הנכס, בגלל שלא היו כמעט ביקורות, אבל זאת היתה הבחירה הטובה ביותר שעשינו!! החופשה אצל Manazil Mani היתה הטובה ביותר. מהרגע שביצענו את ההזמנה, Taha יצר איתנו קשר. ביום ההגעה Taha ביקש לדעת מתי נגיע. כשהגענו, הוא ואישתו קבלו את פנינו והסבירו לנו הכל על הנכס. הוילה יפיפה, נקייה ועם נוף מדהים! הבית מאובזר ברמה מאוד גבוה והם השאירו לנו המון פינוקים. גם הבריכה מאוד מפנקת ונקיה. כשהגענו הם נתנו לנו המון המלצות ושמחו לענות לנו כשביקשנו המלצות גם בהמשך. התקשורת איתם היתה מאוד נעימה. יש המון מה לעשות בסביבה. Stoupa מקסימה וכך גם כל הסביבה. מסעדות טובות, חופים יפים, מאפיה מצויינת וסופרמרקט נוח. מומלץ מאוד!

Absolutely beautiful villa! Both the owner and manager were wonderful and friendly! The villa had an amazing view, was pristine and perfectly located for a relaxing vacation but within driving distance of some great attractions. The few times we had questions they were answered promptly and politely! The kitchen was well stocked with enough food to provide us with meals when we first arrived after a long day of travel from the US. The owner and manager were both very attentive! We highly recommend this location and if we travel to Greece again will definitely stay there! We also really enjoyed the region due to it being very welcoming to tourists but not what I would call a real touristy destination. In other words just perfect. Enough restaurants and shops to get what you need but no high end retail stores or tacky souvenir shops. If I had to guess this is what travel probably looked like years ago. We couldn’t have asked for anything better, it’s exactly what we were looking for.

One of the most exquisite holiday experiences in this special corner of the world. The Tuscany of Greece! We felt reenergized and rejuvenated as soon as we stepped foot! It was the best way to start our summer holidays!! The villa is beautiful, spotless clean and nicely decorated. So peaceful and tranquil. The owners are extremely helpful and also great in providing support and organizing tours and excursions for us. We had a long list of activities and sports options to chose from: hiking, training, yoga, swimming etc. We also had a massage on the premises, which was a great way to end our trekking. One of the highlights was the high quality mattress which made our holiday pure relaxation. Beautiful sunsets, amazing beaches, tranquil surroundings, extremely comfortable and tasteful accommodation. I definitely recommend this property to anyone that wants to have a unique holiday in this special place in Greece!!

Wir waren eine Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern. Es hätten noch leicht weitere 2-4 Leute platz gehabt. Eleni ist ein spitzen Host! Alles war super sauber!! Jede Antwort innerhalb von ein paar Minuten - super flexibel und hilft auch bei uns zb wo wir eine Autopanne hatten. Kann ich wirklich empfehlen! Tolles Airbnb mit allem was man braucht auch Pool Handtücher und alles in der Küche vorhanden. Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt, dass wie die meiste Zeit vor Ort geblieben sind. Auch der BBQ ist super (Kohle). Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals!

loved our stay,very relaxing and comfortable..Maria was an excellent communicator and Violetta did wonderful job with keeping it clean, especially with a baby.Pool area lovely . Will definitely return.

Es ist ein schönes Haus mit großem Garten und tollem Pool, eine richtige Oase, ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem ist von dort aus alles (Strände, Ort, Restaurants, Geschäft...) schnell und gut erreichbar. Für uns also die perfekte Kombination. Wir (4-köpfige Familie) haben dort unseren Sommerurlaub verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber auch für ihre Hilfsbereitschaft bei allen unseren Fragen.

Fantastic spot for a chilled family trip. The house is perfect, and location is spot on. You can walk to nice pebbly beaches or drive 10 minutes to pristine sand.

We had a very comfortable stay at Eleni’s place. The place is clean and comfortable. The Pool is great. Eleni was extremely helpful and the communication with her was very good all the way from the booking , during the stay and to the check out. We would definitely like to stay there again. What an incredible oasis! We stayed at Fenia’s with our family for a few days before we got married at Petra & Fos Boutique Hotel & Spa a couple minutes’ walk away. It was idyllic! We loved our little hideaway. Fenia and the local host Dimitra were lovely and very helpful. The house is spotless and the location spectacular. Dimitra was always there to help and provided us with some local treats on arrival “. It is useful to know that you need to tell the hosts in advance if you need linens on the sofa bed on the mezzanine as they aren’t readily available. A strange smell at some points during the stay and some electrical issues but honestly neither detracted from the stay. The pool is beyond perfect and we would love to come back again!! In fact, if we could buy our own exactly the same, we would :-)

Sehr schönes Haus, wie beschrieben, vor allem die Terrasse oben war am Abend sehr schön, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Nachbarort vorhanden , Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Pool wunderbar, zum Glück hatte das Haus AC, selbst Nachts war es draußen wärmer als im Haus, zum Strand zu laufen war angesichts der Hitze zu weit, Parkplatz am Strand , Liegen günstig , der Strand ist ein Traum, das Strandrestaurant Perulia vorzüglich, alles in einem ein schöner Strandurlaub

Called Sunset Mani for a reason. Beautiful sunset from terrace / pool. Photos on site do not really do it justice. Had to actually drag ourselves out some days as so nice and easy to stay by the pool, looking out to see and across the bay. Great restaurants in Agios Nikolaos (Elli’s at far end particularly) around 5-10 mins drive, plus supermarket there. Also, taverna marked as Voulimeneas cafe on Google is good (another great sunset view) - sure the sign on road said “Roses”. Stoupa - great beach and good restaurants. Thoughts Agios better at night though…. Visited Sparta and then the shipwreck on eastern coast of Mani. A nice drive…..

We loved our time in Villa Leonidas!! The main house and guest house were the perfect setting for our big Greek family vacation. The view was stunning and the host immensely attentive and helpful. There was plenty of room for our two families - including 4 teenagers. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials and then some! There were games, videos, and lots of recommendations for things to do. We highly recommend renting the SUP boards to take full advantage of the beach fun around Kardamyli. The roads around Kardamyli were easy to navigate and accommodate our larger car. This is an undiscovered gem with breathtaking views; we hope to return again soon.

Maison contemporaine très récente avec une grande terrasse et un toit terrasse magnifique. La maison de Monika est très bien équipée, avec une literie confortable et une climatisation intégrée très utile. La maison comprend deux chambres au rez de chaussée (avec chacune une salle de bain) et un premier étage avec une cuisine et salon (plus salle de bain) qui donne sur une grande terrasse avec table à manger et coin salon. Une dépendance à côté comprend la troisième chambre, également ave salle de bain et petite cuisine. La piscine est très agréable, peu profonde mais permets de nager. L’ensemble est dans une propriété très agréable et bien entretenue au milieu des oliviers. À 15-20 minutes se trouve le très jolie petit village avec plusieurs restaurants et bar très bien, et un peu plus proche la plage avec des bars de plage très bien Monika donne pleins de conseils utiles. Une très belle adresse dans un magnifique environnement
