We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was a great size, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool was great and there was plenty of much needed shade throughout the day, as well as sunny areas. The living area was comfortable and spacious and as a keen cook, I found the kitchen to be really well equipped, it had everything we needed. Our host was fantastic, he couldn’t have been more helpful, he was on hand to deal with any issues but never intrusive. We loved the welcome goodies provided for us, that was a lovely and generous surprise. We’d definitely return to the villa if we come back to this area in the future.

Definitely recommend this place. Good location, quiet and private. Walkable to the great restaurants. House is clean, good kitchen equipment, lovely outside area. Thanks for hosts, we felt very welcome in this stay!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Antony went above & beyond, couldn’t have been more helpful. Lots of recommendations which we tried & loved. The villa gets the sun the whole which is amazing. Heated pool was a massive bonus as well. Villa was immaculate & everything was there that we needed. Location was great, very quiet & peaceful, gorgeous beaches nearby & waterpark just along the road. We will definitely stay at the villa again

Great place, friendly helpful host.

Vila Santa Firenze in Ayia Thekla is a very complete holiday accommodation! With a nice swimming pool, seats in front and behind the house and a reasonably spacious house, it is fine to stay there. Upon arrival we were surprised by a more than full basket of all kinds of food, also a stocked fridge and more than enough other stuff not to have to go to a supermarket right away for eating the first day(s)! The house has all the necessary necessities to cook, wash and stay! The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, within 5 minutes you are on the beach and by car the local supermarket is also reached in a few minutes (on foot about 25 minutes walk). A car is advisable to explore the island, public transport also stops close to the house. Svetlana responds particularly quickly to sent messages, unfortunately we did not see her personally to thank her. A perfect recommendation for a wonderful vacation!

Nice accommodation in a quiet area. Good for couples/families. Car is necessary. 15 min to lidl, 20 min to larnaca where you have endless choice of good food. Limassol is 1 hour away and Fig tree bay around 40 min away. Host was very responsive and also let me checkout later which we appreciated very much! Highly recommend this accommodation!

First of all, I would like to thank the host for his interest, the house was very clean. The house was in the middle, so we had to go the same distance wherever we wanted to go. It allowed us to travel comfortably. There was nothing missing or incomplete, everything was as it should be. It quickly supplies what you want or what you see as missing.

Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

The Hani is a fantastic place! It's situated in a lovely neighborhood, part of the historic city center just outside the fortress walls. It's an easy 10-minute walk to the eastern gate of the walled city, or 10 minutes in the other direction to the heart of the downtown shopping area. The neighborhood is charming, Ottoman-era, with beautifully refurbished old homes and narrow cobblestone streets. Easy free parking right across the street. The only downside is the skate park behind the church, where young people gather until late at night. Still, the bedroom is on the second floor and well-protected from the sound. The house itself has been lovingly, meticulously renovated and combines authentic historic materials and style with all the modern conveniences you could wish. Wonderful courtyard and lots of light. The stairs are not for children or people with mobility problems, but you get used to them, and they add to the charm. Overall, a wonderful place! Highly recommend.

Ms. Elçin is an excellent host! Everything was thought out to the finest detail, the house was clean and very comfortable. Communication is very fast and always ready to help. Everything we needed in the house was very much available. It is close to the beach, markets and restaurants. Ideal for short or long-term stays. The location of the house was great and close to everywhere. The house itself was also very useful, spacious and tidy. We had almost everything we needed. We had a great holiday in this enormous pool villa we rented through air BnB in Kyrenia, Cyprus last week. The house was absolutely as comfortable, spacious and super stylishly furnished as we had imagined. Hana's hospitality is really appreciated. She helped us with everything, gave us local advice and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Every corner of the villa was thoughtfully thought out, the surroundings of her pool offered an ideal space for both taking a rest and having fun. It was also very central in terms of location; we could easily reach the beauties of Kyrenia, but the villa was so peaceful that we fully rested and relaxed ourselves. Every detail in the house seemed designed with our comfort in mind. Her kitchen was quite useful, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very stylish and modern. Also, the view of nature around the villa was truly breathtaking. It was definitely a place we would choose and recommend again. Thanks again to Hana…

Mr. Niyazi was very interested in us. He responded to our questions very quickly and politely. If I go to Cyprus again, I will only contact Mr. Niyazi. Our schedule changed on the last day and since there was no reservation the next day, he hosted us for an extra day for free. Nobody does this favor, thank you very much, Mr. Niyazi is a brilliant person.

The place we stayed was in a magnificent location close to everywhere and it was a very quiet place. The pool of the site was extremely clean. There were all kinds of materials and tools to meet all kinds of needs at home. Ms. Demet is a wonderful host and helped us with whatever we needed, we recommend her to everyone

There is a property management that lives a few houses away. The lady is extremely friendly and immediately helpful and somehow reach 24 seven. The house was very clean very tidy even the cabinets were tidy. Since we are driving with two kids, we messed everything up a bit with sure. We were extremely satisfied highly recommended and will also be happy to book it again. Thanks to Rashid and Marry

The garden is a world of its own you won't forget. Nemo responds quickly and provides advice that can be used. Highly recommended. Definitely want to come back.
