There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The house is located in the area above the port in Porto Germeno in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is 80m² and has stunning panoramic views of the bay and the verdant mountain and is fully harmonized with nature.The center is 1.5km away while the nearest beach is at 500m. In addition, it has a large private parking space as well as a barbeque, laundry room, outdoor shower and a children's playground.

The apartment is located in a central part of the city, with all kinds of shops around but mostly very close to organized beaches with beach bars and tavernas. The nearest is "Kourendi" (at a distance of 150 m.) Τhe Bus station is located 30 m. away from the building! Come....and you will enjoy a wonderful experience of staying in a safe, clean, bright and positive place!
