Alfred is a really nice and friendly guy. The house is amazing, three bedrooms, each with large double beds. Beautiful garden and furniture, it felt like our very own tropical paradise. I still miss having my morning coffee in the beautiful garden. Such a lovely place! The roads to get there are pretty quick, so connectivity to other parts are great (it only took us 40 mins to get to south KL). Really spacious grounds for a gated community, a bit rustic but very safe and beautiful. Big swimming pool on the estate and at certain times of day we were the only ones using the pool! There are beautiful walks around the river and the pond, with lots of wildlife- there is even a few fishing platforms that we noticed while walking around. We really loved the walks around the area. The house is perfect for people with families or those just wanting a really relaxing place to stay that still has good connectivity and is an easy drive from KL.

Afida’s place is as described in her post. Her place was clean, had good space, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Internet speed was good, had all the amenities as described. The location is peaceful and quiet though away from main commercial areas which is what we wanted. Afida is a great host who communicates well and very specific. Will definitely book again in her place if given the opportunity. Thank you Afida.

I recommend this place for both short and long stays. Full equipped. Quiet and safe area. The staff from the building are very friendly and professional. Easy checking.

The best place I stayed at on my travels, by far the kindest costumers. They recommended me many non touristy places to go to. The apartment is clean and very cosy with a nice view. The building is secured and it is located next to a shopping mall with a lot of different restaurants, a cinema, bowling place, karaoke, clothing stores etc. and a super market, it is also only 3 km away from Malaysia's largest nightmarket. Other features: good Wi-Fi 10mpbs. 2 restaurants, laundry, gym, sauna, outside showers, outside gym and a large pool. A perfect place to rest and calm down.

Comfortable place for 15 of us. Quiet neighbourhood with ample parking for all. Host was extremely responsive and met all our questions. Overall, great experience!

Surrounded by lush greenery and a serene lake, the setting was peaceful and refreshing—a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether we were spending time indoors or exploring the scenic surroundings, every moment felt special. It was the perfect place to create lasting memories, and we would love to return for another family getaway!

the location is huge, but too clutter for toddler and elder.. alot of small staircase that might seem dangerous even for adult. some of the location need to be cleaned. im happy for the booking because of some shooting, but overall this place must have some maintenance

An escape from the bustling city life. Surrounded by nature and peaceful. Huge place, it was able to accommodate my group of 17 comfortably. The caretaker and his son were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help us in anything we needed. It has the amenities to keep you occupied and entertained during your stay. Kitchen was well equipped and BBQ tools were readily available. A fantastic and enjoyable stay overall.

Yippie is a perfect host - his place is spotless, his response is always prompt and helpful. The unit is also convenient and clean if you need to be close to the city center One downside - M City is a high density apartment so you will bump into many people and tourists there. The place is also a bit rundown (the common area, not the apartment unit), so if you don’t mind that, i think you get what you pay for.

Good place to stay. Laurie is very responsible and proactive. His place is spotless and clean. All the kitchen utensils are completed.

Had a good 9 nights of stay here. Unlike most rented apartments are unflattering, this apartment had interior and lighting reno done, makes it cosy and warmth. Parking was easy as lot was near to lobby and overall place was secured. Access card was required for all in and out access to the property. There was a Cinema, Go-kart and some F&B outlets within the mall. Most importantly host was prompt in responding. I will stay here again when coming to Kota Damansara.

Family of four spent a fab 4 days in Malaysia at a home away from home. We opted to stay away from the main city. Two reasons: budget travel and more space for the bucks! Wooshin's apartment was the perfect match and we loved her hospitality. We used pretty much all facilities in the house and the swimming pool. KL Central was a 20 mins train ride and the station was walkable. We took the Grab taxi mostly as it worked out cheaper (for 4). Wooshin was very accommodating and gave us extra time to checkout as our flight was late in the evening. p s. do try Farmer's Bar at Subang Parade (10 mins walk) nearby for great dineout experience. Overall, highly recommend this place.

Quiet apartment with large and bright living room and large, well stocked kitchen for long stays (lots of surface area for cooking). The Zenith apartments are well located with lots of little shops and services around the apartment such as yoga, physio, restaurants and other little modern businesses. This was a welcome surprise, it was very pleasant to walk around there as everything is under a shaded walkway. Warm pool on the 6th floor. Highly recommended.
