All bedrooms & the living room have aircond. All bathrooms have hot showers. Clean and comfortable house. Good bed and pillows. Clean towels. Netflix works, wifi works. I would suggest a microwave for easy reheat of food. Thank you.

The parking lot and unit were close to the lift, so it made going in and out faster. The unit itself was as advertised and was a great place to stay. I would definitely book again the next time I'm in Shah Alam.

Place is exactly as listed. Excellent location. At unit, all amenities work well with thoughtful additions like clothes dryer, and we had a very comfortable and homely stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple food. Beds comfy, fans and AC work well. Ours is an outlier experience but with our unexpected late check in , we had trouble finding the right tower for parking (interconnected towers, very confusing for first timers). Access to the unit from the parking spot is not intuitive and we were hopelessly lost and had to call host who did guide us. Best to take the help of caretaker, which we could not do as it was late and we felt awkward. Also to note that exiting the car park was tense through the narrow winding slope, esp if you have a big car. Not sure if you can do it often, we usually drive to KL and do cabs locally. Note that access to building & lift is only with card (guests get 2); (not intuitive for seniors who need to be accompanied always) .

It is a beautiful place, with trees and lake background and a Homestay that caters all our need to make our holiday enjoyable and most memorable. Even the children really enjoy the small pool. Ohw there was so many things we can do here... Bbq grilling, cycling, jogging, strolling by the lake.. even fishing... Or juz sit n relax at the back patio enjoying your coffee while viewing the panaromic lake view, cruises and water taxi passing by. And of coz our great host, Hafiz make it all possible for us, even kindly allow us for early check in. Tq so much.

Nice place to stay.. clean

Mr Tong has a nice place. Quiet neighbour. Place kept clean. It’s a double storey house with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on ground floor. Overall pleasant stay

The Condo facilities are amazing. We love the pool and playground for kids. The unit has all basic necessities and very clean. Worth every penny paid!

Great place in terms of location, hardly 20 minutes away from the airport, the place was spick and span in terms of cleanliness and the communication was on point.

I think this is the 3rd or 4th time i am staying here. I like the place now because necessities are complete since they provide clothing rack to hang wet clothes & lots of hangers. The only thing is the iron which is not working at all but i guess they can replace it. If the mop can be replace with the spinning mop, that would be nice because i normally stay a week or more. Other than that the unit is so spacious & aircond never upset us. I will come back again.

The host very responsive and friendly. Very tidy and lovely AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom.

Havena has a very fantastic team to support us. I always got prompted responses from the host even at late evening. The host did the best to fulfil our request and make our stay super convenient. I will consider to visit Havena again if I look for accommodation around Sunway area in future.

Checkin procedure was super easy. Car parking lot located at the very first level and closed to the lift entrance (very convenience for frequent in and out movement). Location very closed to supermarket aeon mall. In overall sufficient for my stay thank you

had a lovely stay here. check-in was a bit tricky with all the security procedures, but honestly, it’s a good thing, feels safe and secure. there are quite a few rules from the property itself, but nothing too difficult to follow. the apartment was great, clean, comfortable, and cosy. overall, a really good stay! cheers for having us!
