Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a meadow that is being naturally rewilded into a forest. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

In this peaceful and stylish place you can relax and enjoy the hot water in the hot tub (additional fee, 1 night upon reservation), relax in the warm sauna (additional fee), grill meat and enjoy morning coffee on the terrace. Come and celebrate your big and small events in the company of your loved ones or surprise your loved one with a romantic evening. To spend time, you can use our Viking-themed grill house (additional fee) .

Family-friendly tiny house. Sleeps 4 people. Shower, kitchen and laundry available in the main building. Outdoor patio, barbecue and free parking available outside. Sauna is available for additional small fee. Bike paths, multiple lakes and beautiful Vitipalu Maastikukaitseala forests and leisure areas nearby.

Contemporary design lake cabin

A modern yet cozy all-year-round design cabin next to an idyllic lake in the Otepää nature park. Fully equipped kitchen and sauna with a view to Kaarna lake. Easy access but private location, 60m2 terrace, grilling option, Otepää & tennis courts are 4 min drive and 20 min walk.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

You can have just a sauna evening or stay overnight. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sleeping places for two, sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V electricity for lights and phone loading.
