The building is along the river and is surrounded by mountains, so it is a cold area in the winter, and there is also an oil stove and a wood stove. It is a 3-minute walk to Tamagawa-no-Yu (Kinryu), a Showa-era retro public bath. 　For sightseeing during this time, the illuminations at Ashikaga Flower Park are recommended. You can avoid traffic jams by taking the train. 　The building is a 15-minute walk from Tochigi Station. 4 km (10 minutes) from Tochigi Interchange.
