Our first Airbnb experience was fantastic, and we have no regrets! Traveling from Florida, we arrived earlier than expected and were able to modify our reservation seamlessly. The home was spotless, warm, and inviting. We loved the fully stocked kitchen, where we enjoyed many family meals together. The location is stunning, and the neighborhood is peacefully quiet. Check-in and checkout instructions were crystal clear, and the host was incredibly responsive. The beds were huge, with super soft bedding, and we appreciated the abundance of cozy throw blankets—perfect for our comfort-loving family! One evening, we had a blast cooking burgers, playing cornhole, and enjoying a lively game of Uno. My teenage boys raved about the shower, describing it as feeling like a refreshing rain. Overall, we highly recommend this place!

This property is great -- nice quiet neighborhood close to town. It is a comfortable home that looks brand new. Ami is a great host. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. I had a medical issue come up during my short stay and was able to easily and quickly extend my stay. Everything about my stay in this Airbnb was more than perfect and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay here.

Just what we were looking for! 9 of us did a daytime canoe trip and wanted somewhere close and the house was only 5 minutes away. Clinton’s house looked like the pictures, very clean and fresh. Plenty of space for us all to sleep. The backyard was perfect for our outside games in the evening and plenty of space inside as well. Clinton was very quick to respond whenever I had a question both before our trip and during. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Kankakee to canoe.

Clean, easy check in, easy check out, Dawn was very nice and communicative. I couldn't ask for more.

There ended up being a plumbing issue that needed to be fixed at another Airbnb that we originally booked so Ami was quick to make sure we had somewhere to stay!

Good place to stay when passing through town. The garage was open to park in which made better peace of mind about my vehicle.

Literally one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Very peaceful and quiet and has a homey atmosphere. Will definitely be staying here again. Ms.Dawn was also very helpful and responsive to all of my questions! Literally the perfect stay I did not want to leave.

My family really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to wake up to the water every day. The house is exactly as described and fully stocked with just about everything you could need. There is a park, restaurants, and a few shops that are within walking distance. Rhiannon responded pretty quickly anytime we had questions. Would stay again if we were to come back to the area.

This is a perfect place to stay if attending events or visiting Olivet Nazarene University. Beautiful, spotless, spacious as well as walkable to coffee shop, university, ice cream, boutique, and restaurants. The host was quick to respond and so helpful. Glad we spent our last nights as Olivet parents at The Blueberry.
