Holiday rentals with a patio in Kangaroo Point

I enjoyed a lovely 10 night stay at ‘Pip’s Place’. The location is walkable to the beautiful New Farm Park, ferry services and many excellent cafes, restaurants and shops. The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated and has the most wonderful private verandah that gets afternoon sun. I had everything I needed. It’s quite and cozy and if you like a combination of eating out and eating at home when traveling, this place has very good kitchen facilities. Phillip was helpful and responsive to messages. I highly recommend this lovely Air BnB.

Brilliant location near amazing shopping precinct and restaurants. Walkable to the river and lots of PT into the city. Perfect place for 2 people. Spacious lounge, good-size kitchen and comfortable bed. Quiet. Rob the building manager is so helpful and prompt with communication. Would recommend and will be staying again when we next visit Brisbane.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay even more comfortable. One of the best parts was the location—just a short walk to so many of Brisbane’s top attractions, as well as a fantastic range of eateries, including several halal restaurants, which was a huge plus for us. Nic was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. She made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to answer any questions we had. Honestly, we couldn't have picked a more perfect place to stay in Brisbane. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a truly welcoming experience!

Great place to stay and with 4 adults it was handy as it had a sofa bed available. Well equipped kitchen and very clean and tidy. Easy to find thanks to great instructions and video. Great location, close to buses, handy with Woolworths downstairs also great eateries in the area. Would definitely stay again.

It was very comfortable and charming and my family had a great time at the house. The decor was gorgeous and we enjoyed exploring the house. The place is very close to the supermarket and we went to Dinner at Sasso, this italian restaurant nearby and their pizza is to die for! My sister really enjoyed the little bar downstairs and overall it was a very pleasant place to stay. Andy was a very responsive host and it was very easy to communicate with him.

The house was beautiful, good for a big group. Would highly recommend!

A beautiful AirB&B accommodation for our family over the Mother’s Day weekend!

We liked Sandra’s place on a previous holiday so very pleased it was available for this trip. Comfortable beds, clean and everything is there that you need. The location is perfect for going into the city, Suncorp Stadium and great cafes and restaurants. Public transport is fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

The pool and pool table were perfect for family activities, and the nearby shopping centre made everything super convenient. The space was clean, comfortable, and definitely worth what was charged. Highly recommend a truly awesome stay!

Great spot! Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. Host was super quick to reply to any questions I had. Place was super clean and tidy.

Spacious place in a quiet neighbourhood. Convenient location - opposite a supermarket and lots of buses to take you straight to the city. Smooth check in and checkout process.

The apartment is in a great location, walkable distance to not only restaurants/bars but also local train stations making travel to/from and around the area easy. The rooftop pool and sitting area is also a great bonus. The apartment itself is well furnished, clean throughout and well stocked with amenities. We especially appreciated the cold water in the fridge! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Brisbane and recommend to any others looking for a few days away in the city
