Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kangaroo Point

Had a wonderful stay. Felt so comfortable. The house is light-filled and spacious. Quiet neighbourhood but can walk to shops, restaurants etc. Close to the beach and cycle paths. We had a four week stay and found the house very comfortable. The hosts were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Second time staying at this space. Usually in for two weeks on a business trip. Well-appointed, very walkable, good sized space, comfy and plenty of room and furniture to settle in. Nice to have extra bath, overall will stay again when back in town. Recommend.

It was very comfortable and charming and my family had a great time at the house. The decor was gorgeous and we enjoyed exploring the house. The place is very close to the supermarket and we went to Dinner at Sasso, this italian restaurant nearby and their pizza is to die for! My sister really enjoyed the little bar downstairs and overall it was a very pleasant place to stay. Andy was a very responsive host and it was very easy to communicate with him.

This property is stunning. Photos do not do this justice. The view is spectacular and location is super convenient. Massive property with everything you could possibly need. Minh is lovely to deal with. This is hands down my favourite property to date. High recommend!

Jenny was 100% accomodating for us when need need a change in BNB. The house was inviting, warm and cozy. All that was in the listing was accurate. 100% recommend Jenny as your next BNB host!

We would highly recommend Annie‘s place in South Brisbane and hope to stay again. The location is perfect. It is walking distance to supermarkets and cafes, 10 minutes to the Southbank Beach and the start of the Arts precinct, 10 minutes in the other direction to the fabulous cafes and shops of Boundary Street in West End. You can comfortably walk into the city in 20 minutes. It is also very well supported by public transport. We stayed for nine nights and did not need a car at all. The house is beautifully decorated, with interesting art and books. And as people who really enjoy cooking we found the house very well set up, with all necessary equipment and generous supplies. Beds were comfortable. Getting in and out of the property was a breeze with coded access and no need for keys. Our hosts were very responsive. All in all a most enjoyable stay.

Great location, easy walk to South Bank and Central City. Apartment was clean and well set out for two couples. Ali and team had great communication. We had a fabulous 5 night stay and would definitely book again.

Stuart was very responsive and was able to accommodate an early check-in when my flights went smoother than expected. Apartment was comfortable and suited exactly what I needed for this work trip.

This is a corner apartment with wonderful views. We had a clear sunny weekend which made a huge difference in our stay, walked the river every day / night, close walk to the botanic gardens, and a calming recovery at our stay that is spacious and cosy. Checked all the boxes, very handy location and were also given a basket of treats.

I loved staying at this clean, cozy and comfortable flat - more than enough room to spread out and feel really at home for a week. Andy’s place is now the top of my list for when I return to Brisbane!

To bad I wasn’t well over my stay but I must say it was perfect for space and storage in this beautiful one bedroom apartment and it was easy to communicate with the hosts

Charming little apartment in a prime location of Brisbane. The apartment was beautifully decorated, nice and clean. The bed linen was so comfy and cosy. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Janine was very helpful and ensured i found the reserved space in the parking garage and instructions on how to access the facilities. Everything was remarkably clean and a joy to experience. The mattress did not meet my standards though i still give Janine 5 stars for her wonderful hospitality and delightful apartment.

This place was amazing! Central to everything in West End and Southbank - either a quick uber or stroll away. Heaps of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby as well. The place itself has an inviting energy and is well-appointed - with an easy self-checkin it’s a stay I would highly recommend

Selina’s place is a great central location! Walking distance to Albert Street shops and Queen Street mall, great restaurants, and a park across the road. Easy walk to the central bus station, easy to catch a bus to Suncorp Stadium etc. Selina’s place was well equipped with everything you could need for a stay! She greeted us on check in and showed us around which we really appreciated! The pool is a bonus, with great views to the Brisbane river! Would highly recommend :)

Lovely place to stay in a fabulous complex. The apartment was a great open space with all the facilities and equipment you could ask for. Communication with the hosts was always rapid and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Really convenient, comfortable apartment walking distance to lots of great restaurants and the ferry. We loved walking along the river with the dog. Would happily stay again
