Our stay at Da Wilderness Home was nothing short of amazing! The beautiful home and gardens provided plenty of space for our large group, making it the perfect retreat. This was our first stay here, and we were absolutely blown away—not only by the incredible location (close to restaurants and supermarkets) but also by the exceptional hospitality from our host. They truly went above and beyond in every way! Our organization makes an annual trip to Uganda, and after this experience, we know exactly where we’ll be staying in the future. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Acham's Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! My family of six felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Communication was excellent and timely, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about our experience. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here. Close to the city center but also in a peaceful area where you can take walks, access the lake, and have markers and restaurants nearby. The property is so beautiful and accommodating to large or small groups. We held a graduation party here and they handled all the details. The staff, however, was the best part of the stay. So very kind, helpful with whatever we needed, and a pleasure to interact with. I was sad to leave and look forward to another stay! Thank you, all!

This villa is big, really big. It can easily host a a big group of people. Communication was great and help was just a message away. The cleaning lady does a great job.

The home is a gem, and Leilah is a great host who is responsive and helpful. Check-in and check-out were flexible. She truly made the stay easy, and her recommendations were spot on. 100% recommend it if you are in Kampala.

Sharon's place was very clean, comfortable and private. We felt safe and everything about her home met our needs. The house is decorated with style and spacious. We enjoyed the swimming pool in the complex and the lifeguard is very friendly and great with kids. Sharon was very responsive and made sure we lacked nothing. Rashid was also responsive and helped as well. Definitely coming back! Thank you😊

Folks, if you are looking for your place to stay in Kampala THIS IS IT!!! The balconies is what did it for me. All the other reviews made it seem like this place is made for Med Students... def a lot of med students and close to the hospital... but for me, a normal traveler this place was perfect. I had ample location to work remotely. The place is very much an INN, not a random apartment in the city. Welo Inn is an oasis inside of the heart of Kampala. Peaceful and beautiful inside of the gate, with vibes of a gated community. The staff is AMAZING and feels like you are a part of their family by the end. So many recommendations and support, the second we neeeded anything we would send a text and they would support. Also underdescribed in this post is how amazing the security is here. I feel so safe! Such a close walk to the mall and countless restaurants and cafes. If you want space to breath inside of a beautiful community, within an exciting city, this is your place!! 10/10.

Loved our stay at Dr Stella’s. Fun weekend get Away from Kampala in a home filled with lots of character. house staff made it super easy to check in and out and were very friendly. We loved the funky bus, old VW car, and the vibe of the pool. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely accomodation. Communication was great and Wilson was very accomodating and hospitable.

From the moment you enter the compound, the guard greets you warmly and directs you on where to park. Doreka and her team are ready to welcome you and oh what a warm welcome it is. The compound is immaculate! The penthouse is extremely beautiful both inside and out. There is no picture we managed to take that will do this place justice. The pool is exclusively for the penthouse guests and Doreka is willing to make arrangements so that you can use it at all times. On our first night we had dinner by the pool and our wonderful host even gave us extra dishes for serving. Our stay was so enjoyable, we were afforded all the privacy we needed and yet Doreka was still always around when we needed her. She even baked us the most amazing treats. Additionally, on the days leading up to the stay she was extremely great at communication. If there is a level above superhost, she should be the first to receive it!! Did I mention the cleanliness of the place? It is very very very clean!

Homey, chill, and a good place for your stay. Also, the host communicated well with directions and provided the information required for the stay. I would highly recommend staying at his place either as an individual or as a family.
