Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kamisiana

super petite maison , paisible , à côté de tout mais en même temps excentré du monde , 10min et tout est à côté, fonctionnel , l'emplacement est parfait pour voir toute la crete , à 2h30 pour aller vers l'est de l'île, et entre 30min à 1h de tout ce qu'il y a a l'ouest/ sud ouest vraiment top je recommande logement super , les gens en crête sont d'une gentillesse extrême ça fait vraiment du bien ! allez y sans hesitation

Wir hatten für eine Woche die Unterkunft gebucht und unsere Erwartungen wurden definitiv übertroffen. Die Unterkunft ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und Georgia ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann sie für alles fragen und bekommt direkt eine Rückmeldung. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr toll. Man hat einen kleinen Hafen, viele tolle Strandrestaurants und auch einen Kies/Sandstrand paar Meter weiter. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für Jeden empfehlen, der ein tolles AirBnB und einen unvergesslichen und schönen Urlaub haben möchte!

This place was perfect! It looks way better than the pictures - very homely. Stacey and Konstantinos are amazing & lovely hosts and made us feel at home instantly. Everything about the apartment was tastefully done and it had everything we needed. It's a very peaceful neighborhood, away from the tourist bustle. With a car, there are plenty of things to do, including a fun buggy ride that took us to a secluded beach with pristine turquoise waters. They had great recommendations for food, places to visit, which we were very happy with. We could've easily spent 2 weeks more here.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ruhig und bietet einen tollen Blick aufs Meer – perfekt, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben den Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltet. Alles in allem ein schönes Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub am Strand.

We loved Sophia's and Nikos' place! They were so welcoming it felt like we were visiting family. The pool was super and the place was very clean. We had everything we needed and even more, making the next place we visited disappointing haha. A few restaurants and the beach are on walking distance. We visites with our 7 month old and this place is very child friendly (sharp edges are cordoned off, chair gates etc.).. Thank you very much for having us stay!!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Haus! Es ist genauso wie auf den Bildern – sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und in einer tollen Lage. Die Kingsize Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war von Anfang an freundlich, respektvoll und absolut reibungslos. Schon zur Begrüßung stand ein kleines, herzliches Willkommensgeschenk in der Küche bereit: Honig, Olivenöl, Kekse und Raki – eine sehr schöne Geste! Der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Anzumerken ist, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Es liegt an einer kleinen Anwohnerstraße, aber dennoch fahren dort Autos lang und man hört es vor allem morgens extrem im Bett. Im Verlauf unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir sogar mit frischen Eiern und Orangen aus eigener Produktion überrascht. Zum Abschied gab es dann nochmals Honig und eine Flasche Raki – einfach großartig! Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen gastfreundlich. Vielen Dank für alles!

Very nice old house in a quiet area. Great terraces. Excellent hosting. Perfect location if you are planning to explore nearby beaches.

Cette maison de pêcheurs est un endroit de rêve d’un calme absolu, bercé par le bruit des vagues comme si nous étions sur un bateau. L’endroit est parfait pour se reposer. Les terrasses disposées différemment sont un vrai bonheur. Notre hôte était d’une gentillesse incroyable et prévenant. Nous avons été accueillis avec des des fruits, des figues confites du cake et des biscuits, fait maison, excellent et sa maman nous avait confectionné un plat typique grec, délicieux. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ,nous reviendrons sans hésiter car c’est vraiment le plus bel endroit où l’on a passé des vacances pourtant nous avons beaucoup voyagé.

Très bien situé pour visiter la Canée et ses environs ainsi que Balos. Logement très propre et à 2 pas de la plage. Nasos est très réactif et sympathique. Petite attention à notre arrivée (fruits, huile d’olive et Raki) qui est super appréciable ! Merci !

Een fijne en vriendelijke host. Mooi appartement, schoon en een geweldig uitzicht op zee. Het buitenterras met keuken is de kers op de taart. Mooi ontwaken en ontbijten, en ‘s avonds ook een fijn stekje om bij te komen na op pad te zijn geweest. Kissamos zelf is een weinig karakteristiek stadje vonden wij: een piepklein centrum en daaromheen niets bijzonders. Aan de andere kant: geen massatoerisme en wel goede uitvalsbasis om in de regio rond te toeren naar een stranden, Chania en andere plaatsjes. Onderaan de streep een heerlijk verblijf!!! Ook voor privé parkeerplaats een plus :)

Estadia fantástica, mesmo em cima da praia! Fotos muito parecidas com a realidade, com todas as comodidades disponiveis! Fica no passeio maritimo muito proximo de vários restaurantes, supermercado e do centro histórico, dá para fazer tudo a pé a uma curta distância. O Fotis foi super prestável e deu instruções muito claras. Tivemos vontade de ficar mais tempo!!! 5*

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in Chania. Elina was responsive, a generous host, and gave some amazing recommendations! The apartment is clean and stocked for everything you will need for your stay. It is incredibly spacious and private. We would absolutely stay here again.

Can’t thank Theo amd Parthenia enough for all their help recommendations and flexibility . The apartment is very well equipped , really felt at home . Incredible views , despite being above all the restaurants , the rooms are well sound proofed and there was no noise at all .. Will definitely be back to visit again .. had a wonderful stay and holiday ❤️

This is more than house. It is a nest. You've got everything, kitchen is great, netflix, air-conditioning, you name it. The place è is quite and you can sleep as a baby. You've got your own parking too! The most powerful thing in the house is the hosts Paula. It was like meeting a family member that you didn't see for years. She was so caring, so kind, lovely. It is hard to describe. Thanks you!

Very nice home and location very nice, walkable to harbor and old town which was very nice! Lots of restaurants! The house was very clean and comfortable and really pretty view of the sea from living room area. The layout was very nice as bathroom on floor of living are and second floor with bedrooms with full bath very nice, lots of room!! My only complaint was, in my opinion, the portrait over master bed was very provocative and also, in my opinion, offensive being a female. Don’t understand why there must be naked pictures of female. This really offended me and can’t understand why??? Laura Rehm

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est bien équipé, fonctionnel avec une vue magnifique de l'appartement et bien sûr de la terrasse. Nous conseillons vivement.

This is absolutely our favorite Airbnb that we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot). The place is adorable. Katerina is very responsive and lives right by the apartment. The view is wonderful, and both the living room and twin bedroom have doors that open onto that view. It has everything you need and more, with Katerina providing treats and even cereal and milk for that first morning. The air conditioning worked well, but there is also a lovely breeze from the sea. There are tons of restaurants and cafes just below the apartment as well as with 5 and 10 minutes walk in Old Town. It would be comfortable for a couple and a third person (such as a child) or two people, each with their own room. The washing machine was great to have, and you can dry clothes on the lines off the balcony. We did not want to leave.

Unser Aufenthalt in Chania war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die Aussenbereiche wunderschön. Ioanna war sehr gut erreichbar und freundlich.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft! Die Lage direkt Strand ist perfekt! Wir waren in der Nachsaison da und es war sehr ruhig. In der Hauptsaison stelle ich mir die Lage direkt angrenzend an eine Taverne schwierig vor. Viele Restaurants fussläufig in unmittelbarer Nähe! Die Unterkunft war wirklich perfekt ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Kinderspielzeug fehlte-Eleni hat ganz lieb Sandspielzeug für unsere Kinder besorgt! Herzlichen Dank dafür nochmal🩷

This Airbnb is just like the photos and worth the distance from Old Town (about 0.4 miles). The terrace wraps around the entire flat and has many seating options in sunshine and in shade. It’s surrounded by beautiful, well-cared for plants with a stunning view of the Sea of Crete and of Chania itself. You can take the stairs or there is an elevator. The hostess left some local treats for us as well as a lovely bouquet of flowers! Absolutely top notch! There is also air conditioning if the fresh air is too warm. The hostess was friendly and responsive. This was the best of 4 Airbnb’s we stayed in throughout Europe. The only thing to note is that the electricity is only on when the card is in the holder by the door. So, if you leave with the dryer or dishwasher running or charging devices, they will pause until you return.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft – alles war genauso, wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar besser! Der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und die Hänge voller Olivenbäume war einfach magisch. Überall dufteten Zitronen-, Orangen- und Grapefruitbäume – ein kleines Paradies mitten in der Natur. Die Lage ist perfekt, um den Westen Kretas zu erkunden. Elafonissi, Tiny Beach und die beeindruckende Lagune von Balos sind gut erreichbar, und auch die charmante Stadt Chania mit ihren venezianischen Häusern ist in nur 30 Minuten erreichbar. Ein großes Highlight war Gabriella – ein echter Superhost Plus! Sie ist unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Schon kurz nach der Buchung hat sie sich gemeldet und war jederzeit für Fragen da. Man spürt sofort, wie sehr ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Fazit: Eine absolute Empfehlung! Wer Natur, eine traumhafte Umgebung und herzliche Gastfreundschaft sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Nikos. La vue est incroyable, on a envie de passer ses journées sur le balcon! La literie est confortable, et il y a tout à disposition pour passer un très bon séjour. Nikos a été très accueillant et discret, il nous a recommandé un lieu pour se garer facilement et rejoindre le centre de Chania à pieds, ce qui a été très pratique! Bref nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances dans ce logement et le recommandons à 100%. Merci Nikos!

The apartment was situated a short walking distance from the Venetian harbor and old town of Chania and was a perfect base for exploring the area. The apartment was also very clean. The host was very helpful and provided detailed instructions to find the location. I arrived on a late flight and the check-in process went very smoothly. Overall I can fully recommend the apartment for a stay in the beautiful city of Chania.
