Sweet little stonehouse in a quiet area of Kamilari, and with a beautiful view to the sea, the Messara and to Psiloritis. The house is surrounded by olivetrees and a garden on the front. It has a nice terrace with a pergola, and you can also enter the roof where the view is fantastic. The house has a separately bedroom with a double bed and closets. It has an open kitchen/living area with a couch that can be turned into a bed. The bathroom has a washingmachine.

My house situated in a traditional cretan village in the south,called sivas, only a 10 min. drive to Matala, Komos, Faistos will be excellent for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. It is at the quietest zone of the village, however the village square is full of life and restaurants and only a 2 minute walk. The balcony has a spectacular view of Psiloritis and the surrounding area, where you can just relax or enjoy your breakfast!

The house is very nicely located with great, unobstructed views of the mountains (from the roof terrace you can even see the sea) and is easily accessible by car. Everything in the village (supermarket, restaurants, village square, etc.) is also easily accessible on foot, unless you are physically too restricted. The sensational beaches are approx. 10 minutes by car. And otherwise there are great activities everywhere. You stay in quiet surroundings, away from noisy streets, very idyllic. The modern amenities of the house are very good. We spent our vacation here as a group of three with a small child, but there would easily be room for 2 small families or even 3 couples. There is no Wi-Fi in the house, but the Internet connection is quite good. We felt very comfortable here and can absolutely recommend Villa Zerva.

Eirini’s home was probably one of the best airbnb’s that we have ever stayed in - thank you Eirini ! Stylish, well equipped, and in a lovely village, it was a perfect base to explore this part of southern Crete. Our favourite beaches were not the obvious ones such as Matala and Agia Galini, but Kalamaki and Kokkinos Pyrgos both of which were just a few minutes from the house. They were basic, traditional small seaside locations and not too touristy, just how we like it😀. Finally, the garden stone wall with a gigantic “picture frame” hole in the middle made for a great photo backdrop which family memories are made of.

We had a wonderful time with Maria. The apartment was sparkling clean and in a very well-maintained condition. There are electric shutters that can darken as desired. We thought that was great. Parking was possible opposite the street or near the property. Since the property is close to one of the livelier streets, accessibility by car was unproblematic. In the village everything is within walking distance. Restaurants, supermarket, cafes. Since we had relatively a lot of cold wind in the evening, it was unfortunately a little too uncomfortable for us to experience the sunset from the balcony. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and Maria was always available. Thanks for the 5 nights, we'll be happy to come back!

The place is super nice cozy and stylish. We felt right at home. It is furnished with a lot of love for detail and the roof terrace is fantastic. Everything worked smoothly. There are many very good food options in the village and beautiful beaches are easy to reach within 10 minutes by car. In general, we have experienced the people as very open and warm.

The apartment is perfectly located right in the center of Kamilari within walking distance to very nice tavernas and a small supermarket. The apartment is tastefully decorated, there is only a little dark to complain about the fact that it is a little dark and the outdoor areas have a lot of sun in the first half of the day. The communication was very nice and helpful.
